We can't even begin to describe the amount of natural light, homey feel and comfort this property possess. Featuring Wi-Fi, guests will also enjoy a smart TV in al living spaces where they can access their favorite streaming channels with their personal login.

The house is setup as follows: Upon entering, guests will be greeted by our sitting room featuring a Love Seat & Upright Piano. Guests will continue on to our updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and dining table for 6. Our kitchen opens onto our sunken living room with a sectional.

Our second floor includes two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Our third floor features a cozy second living space and two twin beds.

While our property is walkable to many local attractions, we do suggest guest have a personal vehicle or rental car to access Central KY.

Guests will enjoy this 3-story townhome that includes a private back patio and private parking for up to 3 vehicles. Any unauthorized guests beyond the allowed occupancy are not permitted at any time during the rental period.     Host communicated well with our questions. We drove Kia Carnival and it fit in the driveway for future visitors. The house is 5-7 minutes away from Rupp. The only issue we had was the ice on the front step/sidewalk. But not worth docking the rating, house was clean and updated beautifully.

    Nice place. It took 45 min to get in the home because no codes worked. WiFi didn’t work, we was unable to watch tv, connect to our iPads for work etc. but the home was nice and clean

    The home was ideal and an incredible substitute to a hotel. The house is well appointed, roomy, great location. (It is 2 blocks from downtown / W Vine st) The kitchen is off the charts. Living spaces have enormous TVs.

    Stayed with friends during our recent KY Bourbon Trail trip. House had plenty of room for 5 adults. It was a few blocks walk to Main Street that had plenty or restaurants to choose from. It was a short drive to all of the Lexington distilleries that we visited. Communication with the host was very fast.
