The house was the perfect size for our group and it has an excellent location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had every amenity we needed.

The pool had to be shocked on Saturday and as a result we could not use it on Saturday evening.The back doorknob fell off. Literally simply came off. It was repaired promptly by your staff and worked well all week. We were told that you could no longer get parts for it. I was surprised at that!The pool was the only issue. It was never really cleaned.Chlorine was added, we skimmed it as we should I don’t expect someone to do that every day. The bottom was green most of the week.I don’t want to sound like a complainer. Overall we had a wonderful stay.I would book this property again. Actually I have in the past. The last time The day before we arrived it was struck by lightning. The air conditioner needed to be replaced and all the TVs were out. This time none of that and like I said it’s beautiful and would book again!

Spa worked fine but directions not printed nor provided clearly in writing and rather confusing; NO kitchen amenities such as foil, salt & pepper etc; kitchen knives extremely dull; ice maker small; king size beds with humps in middle and valleys on each side; no first aid kit; furniture somewhat comfortable but not for the size of the home. Bedrooms and baths nice for a large group. Pool fine; lots of debris bc of foliage but cleaning tools & service provided. Would have spent a bit more and rented a home with a view of the ocean and outside deck. Shuttle service nice and as described. Property Management company staff was attentive; but, we were there prior to the busy season. Would not rent again after learning more about the area.

Reviewer Comments: house was perfect for our family size. very clean,well stocked kitchen, pool tech cleaned twice. it's longer then a five minute walk, they do have two portable beds for the kids we brought our's. Too many trees around the pool area no sun.

Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice, however many of the outlets in the upstairs bedrooms didn’t work, and there was a large dead cockroach under one of the sinks. Also, when I called two weeks before our arrival to ask about turning on the heat for the hot tub, the person who answered the phone (a man) was incredibly rude.
