Stayed Jul 26, 2024It was great. Photos were a bit misleading as it looked like it was 3 bedrooms - two of which has 2 x single beds - not the case. Needs airing out - it's pretty musty in there.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Inside step VERY dangerous, my friend tripped and luckiy only broke a plate not a leg, TV remote very old needs updating. Whole cottage very dated and queen bed is .like sleeping on the side of a mountain

Reviewer Comments: A great place to stay.Very old but acceptable.Two bathrooms a plus.It would improve with fans in the back room as this area is very hot.Also a smart TV would be a great addition.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in a great location, only 200m to Sawtell. Very clean and very tidy. Maintenance is top notch. Things to be aware of: One bedroom definitely a kids room as it is walk through enclosed balcony with glass doors. Only 1 shower, only a bath in the other bathroom. Otherwise perfectly fine.

Stayed Sep 18, 2022Property in good condition, clean and great location just back from main street and beach. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Only improvement would be curtains to separate sleepout from main area, as glass doors only divide. More of an issue if staying with friends or older kids.
