Stayed Jul 8, 2022This was the absolute best place! The cottage is a lot more spacious than the pictures show! And it’s more adorable than the description described. My husband and I had a fabulous time! We were already looking on the site to book a future trip!! It’s a 10 recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful home away from home.

Stayed Sep 23, 2020We were there the week after hurricane Sally hit and flooding ensued, but no damage was sustained to this cottage. This property is exactly where the pictures portray, situated largely behind main house. Beautiful views of the beach from deck and literally 10 steps to the beach. Parking right next to the cottage and no steps to unload anything. Has a standard sized bed in a fold out couch, but this is not suitable for teenagers, only younger kids. Fully stocked kitchen and clean throughout with a great sized shower. There’s a YouTube video on the main house and cottage, just search the address to see it. Overall, a great, relaxing experience and exactly what we wanted to stay away from large crowds during this pandemic. Would book again!

Julie is always extremely helpful, responsive and welcoming. The cottage is cozy, comfy, private and a beautifully BEACHY experience every time. We can't wait to come back!!!

Stayed Jul 17, 2025This was a quaint little cottage with plenty of space for my wife and myself. Nice deck with patio furniture to look at the gorgeous view. The view from our cottage was a partial view, but still gorgeous. You are literally steps from the beach which is a huge bonus. We had plenty of utensils to cook with, the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure, and the property was clean. Our only complaint is the bed is very uncomfortable, the mattress definitely needs to be upgraded for the cost you're paying per night. Other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking. Our host was extremely friendly and promptly answered questions.

Stayed Apr 27, 2025It's great to be so close to the beach and the high chairs and umbrella with a view of the water were welcome and well used. —Some hangers and an extra blanket would have been appreciated, but I made good use of the nearby Dollar Store to pick-up what I needed.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024The location was great, owner was responsive, but make sure you read the fine print. This is a cottage BEHIND the beachfront house with the same address. Cottage had a smell to it. Still a quick and easy walk to the beach but a little deceptive in beachfront as8 it is more beachfront adjacent.
