The Zanthoreas at Dunsborough, close to the town and beach.

The Zanthoreas was a very comfortable, family friendly house with great indoor and outdoor living areas. The house was well equipped and very well located. We could walk to the boat ramp swimming area, the dog beach area and rode our bikes to the shops.

Enjoyable place to stay for 11people. Everything spotlessCould do with more teatowels and handtowels.Other linen adequate. Plenty of car parking. Good clothesline and washing machine

John's property exceeded our expectations, with facilities, bedding and linen included in cost. Dog friendly was a bonus. The two grandchildren, were made comfortable with their parents and having the second toilet separate to the bathroom was a bonus. Birds kept the grandchildren occupied and the neighbourhood was very quiet. The house was a comfortable temperature without A/C and the communal areas were spacious for family gatherings. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils, pots, pans, crockery and glassware - even plastics for the kids. We will definitely keep it in mind for future reference, as it falls within our budget. Thank you John for the comprehensive instructions and labelling.

We could not have asked for a better location or setup for our Christmas Getaway. Everything that we needed was provided and we were so happy we could take our furry family member with us as well. The main bedroom bed was a bit hard for my liking, but we were in abundance or choice for beds which suited us perfectly. 100% recommend for family getaways.

This was our second stay here. We had 9 adults in our group who were all there for activities away from the house. It was comfortable when we returned for meals. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparation and cooking. Generous space for parking. Even though the house is located in a suburban area, there are quite a few tall native trees with bird life to make it feel relaxing. Communication with John was excellent. Again we enjoyed our stay.

House was nice. We had the owner message us to say the neighbours had complained about the noise. We weren’t that loud, the walls at the property are very thin. Other than that communication by the owner was great, and the house was very nice

Spacious and well equipped, efficient heating for cold evenings. Walking distance of Dunsborough town centre (just under 2 kms). We found this to be a good base for exploring the area and as we are all fit, we were able to walk to the centre and to the beach.

Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights at this lovely house. It had everything we needed and a great location. Perfect for two families travelling together, with plenty of parking, and enough room for us to have our own space as well as share the common areas! Highly recommend this house, extremely well priced for the size, the number of people it sleeps, and how nice it is too!
