Cannot say enough about this listing! The house was truly in the perfect location. Easy to get to my favorite coffee spot in Amarillo and even though there’s only one bathroom, it is so spacious and it is very easy to share with the family of four. Will rent again!!

We booked this cute house around 24 hours before arrival for a business trip. The check-in and checkout was smooth and easy. When we arrived, the house smelled as if it had just been cleaned, which was a plus for us. The house was spotless and in what seemed like a safe area. That’s what matters to us. This is our second stay. The house was just as comfortable and homey as our first stay. The house is always clean, and all items are easy to find, if you need anything. Kendra is always sweet and kind. I don't have any complaints. I hope to be able to stay here again when I'm in the area because I know there won't be any problems, and it's a beautiful, safe, and clean place to stay.

My family and I stayed here 1 night while traveling to Colorado. Great little house with a very prompt host. Would stay here again if stopping by Amarillo.

Kendra was absolutely amazing! I was looking for a back yard with tall trees to host a surprise hibachi birthday dinner and this home offered everything I needed and more! There is a guest guidebook you can use that was very impressive! Every VRBO home should have this!! Forgot bug spray, no worries Kendra will offer to stop what she’s doing to bring you some! Don’t forget to bring your s’mores and wine to enjoy fire pit! Rest and relax here!

Great house with backyard living space!

Plenty of room for everyone

This place is perfect for anyone but I highly recommend staying here with your family! We stayed with our 3 little kids and loved it. Kendra thought of everything- everything is labeled and easy to find. Our favorite feature was the backyard. It’s huge and awesome- chalk, outdoor dining, basketball net. This is a really, really nice place to stay. Worth the money and deserving of its perfect 5 star review.

We had a great stay! The backyard was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Our kids also enjoyed playing basketball and sitting on the patio. Our only complaint was how uncomfortable the beds were. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to rest for the night

First of all, Kendra was really nice and professional, and willing to answer all questions. She always was available to answer my calls. She was very organized. She labeled all the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen, which made it very convenient. The backyard is really nice and big. The patio area is nice also. We didn't have any issues during our stay at all. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, cozy, updated home with nothing overlooked. Attention to detail and cleanliness is top notch. Kendra has thought of everything! The house is very well equipped, from toys, movies, paper goods, toiletries, extra blankets, anything at all you need. She is a very good communicator, very friendly and was available anytime we needed anything. Location was very close to anything we needed. We were attending an event at the civic center and were only 5 mins away. If I only had one recommendation, our bed wasn’t the most comfortable, maybe a mattress topper would be beneficial. We would definitely stay here again!

We were traveling through several states, were very tired when we arrived and pleasantly surprised at how wonderful a place Kendra has! Not only was everything immaculate, but we could tell she chose everything in the house thoughtfully and it was very attractive and uncluttered. We were especially amazed at how tranquil the yard was and could not tell we were so close to I-40. This was literally the only positive Vrbo location we have ever experienced... and this will probably be the only one we will ever stay in again! :) Thank you Kendra for your outstanding accommodations!
