This area is one of the closest residential neighborhoods to downtown, offering a safe and convenient location for your stay. Enjoy nearby amenities, including a brand-new dog park and kid-friendly playground. Within one mile of the home, you'll find numerous dining and drinking options, such as the popular brunch spot Geist, cocktail bar Mothers Ruin, and Central BBQ. We'd be happy to recommend more favorites upon request!

The home is within walking distance to Germantown, Sounds stadium, Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works. Then just a short drive/uber to everything else Nashville has to offer!

Other Things to Note:

This home is conveniently located near the highway, offering quick access to major routes. While the bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned to minimize road noise, you may occasionally hear the hum of a truck passing through the living room area.

The neighborhood itself is undergoing exciting growth, with a blend of newly constructed homes and classic older properties that add character and charm. You’ll notice a mix of residential streets and more urban, industrial pockets—while it’s not the most walkable area, everything you need is just a quick Uber ride away. It’s a great place to enjoy both modern amenities and local charm.



Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally cleaned and the water is refreshed prior to each arrival. During colder temperatures, when the water has been replaced, it may take up to 24 hours from check-in for the hot tub to fully heat while covered and retaining warmth.

*Please note that in cold weather, the hot tub may have difficulty maintaining temperatures above 95°F.*



The living room fireplace is not functional.

    Great place and close to everything. We had a party of 8 and the house had plenty of room. Nice fire-pit to relax after being out all day. Would recommend and stay here again!!

    The home was comfortable and very roomy for the five adults and two little kids. Bathrooms were perfect.Kitchen was roomy and size able for a few too cook at the same time. Outback was perfect for a quiet time of drinks and playing some cornhole. To warm for fire outside but a perfect layout if we had cooler weather. Location was great to get to places quickly. Parking was easy and safe. Even though you are close to highway sound is not an issue. Great laundry room and playroom where we played cards as a family. We definitely would stay here again and the value was worth every dollar.

    There were 7 of us who stayed at this property and loved it. The hosts were very responsive at all times throughout the duration of our trip. When we drove up, we were a little skeptical at first based on the location and front of the house looking smaller than expected with no driveway. However, once inside, it was very spacious, clean, and very well decorated with tall ceilings too. You can see the freeway from the front door, but surprisingly, the house is well insulated from the road noise. We were also able to park 3 cars out in front of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and everything looked new. They also left us with extra necessities, which is the first time a VRBO has done that for us (extra TP, PT, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). Rooms and bathrooms were big and beautifully decorated. Beds were also very comfortable.They are located close to downtown, approx. 5-10 min., approx. 18-20 Uber ride for 7 people.The backyard was nice and they have extra outside chairs under the deck if needed. The only suggestion would be a bigger hot tub. It's good for 4 or maybe 5 small people at the most.The only other note is the living room only sits 8, but you could always bring chairs over from the dining room table if you have more than 8 folks. You also have extra chairs in the game room if needed, too.We would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for our group. Thank you so much for hosting us.

    This was a great place for a number of friends to stay, super close to downtown. The house was very well maintained and features are all updated. Communication with the property mangement team was excellent and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time in Nashville!

    Fantastic stay. Was a tad worried about the house not having that many reviews, but there was nothing to worry about. The house was in GREAT condition and the house was great to host 12 guys on a bachelor party. Gina and the management team were also amazing in their handling of accommodations during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

    Great trip and a great property for our family of 4. House was nearly perfect with great rooms and a nice backyard with a hot tub and view of downtown. Easily walkable to downtown if you want. Close to the farmers market as well. It didn’t bother us at all but the house is right next to the highway so traffic noise is noticeable. Would definitely book again.

    We had an amazing time. This was the perfect location only a few minutes from broadway. Plenty of room and plenty of games within the house. The interior and rooms were top tier would Highland recomend for bigger groups. Thank you for letting us stay!!
