Great location in Lexington!
Loved the property. Parking in back of building not ideal. Would be nice to have four chairs on front porch.
The condo was only a few blocks from Rupp Arena. Close to lots of restaurants. Easy walk to downtown.
As usual very clean and comfortable Bethany very helpful
Visited Lexington to celebrate my sons 30th bday. Great location and place was as described..
Great place. Very clean and great location. Close to bars and restaurants. Beds are nice, updated kitchen area.
We enjoyed our stay. So nice to walk to dinner!
Location was great, was noisy though
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property close to UK campus. Great spot for attending graduation at Rupp arena and close proximity to downtown restaurants. Everything was exactly as advertised and Bethany was very responsive to work with. Highly recommended!
We enjoyed hanging out in the home. Walking distance to restaurants.
Very nice historic home. Great location. There is alot of noise but if you stay in the back room you won't notice it. Kitchen is well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.
Awesome location we could walk everywhere!
Overall great place to stay. Perfect location (can be a bit loud with the night life) … parking was great (just need to preregistration your vehicle). Beautifully remodeled.
Overall property is extremely nice. It is on a very busy and extremely noisy street which creates a lot of noise in the living area. The Wi-Fi was slower than expected for a urban location to the extent that watching TV was sometimes difficult. Pay attention to registering your car because the HOA is aggressive with putting a boot on your car. CALL the number listed in the property to confirm your car is properly registered.
This property was awesome for a weekend getaway in Lexington. Clean, roomy and unique! Loved it!
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It was so much fun to see all the UK fans in their game day gear. The neighborhood is full of wonderful restaurants. It’s a quick walk to UK or downtown. We had a wonderful time walking and seeing all the sites.
The property was amazing. Beautiful amenities and decor. Kitchen was unbelievable as a Chef ut was wonderful to cook in except the hood didnt really do much as i set the smoke alarm off several times. Commication was excellent with management, as i had several questions and they got back to me almost immediately. Bethany was absolutely wonderful. The only 1 negative is that when you park in the back you have to walk around building to enter. You can exit through the back to your car but only permanent residents can enter that way. Oh and also, although it didnt bother us at all, is that Limestone is a very busy street in the heart of Campus with alot of car noise and tons of people walking in front of the condo. Especially on the weekends. But for us is was absolutely fine and cannot hear anything in the bedrooms. Always felt very safe also. Will be my main choice of stay as i come there often for my daughter goes to school there.
We had a great time, super nice accommodations and great location. The beds are super comfortable.
We had a great stay in Lexington and the description was spot on. Had very high end appliances, comfortable beds, very easy check-in process and the location truly can't be beat in relation to downtown or the University! A couple items/suggestions to help future travelers or make the stay even better: 1) Parking is the back and there is no access to the back entrance of the unit so you have to walk around the front every time you need to get in to the unit. 2) The thermostat is locked so you need to reach out (via text is best) to the manager and they will adjust accordingly. Please note, they were very responsive, but we waited until our 3rd day to reach out which was our mistake. 3) Finally, there are no instruction around the TV and the fact that you have access to streaming channels native to the TV as well as access to HULU. This mean no local channels if you want to catch up on news, weather, etc. HULU does have live national channels (CNN, MSNBC, etc) but just no local channels. Overall it was a GREAT experience, but I just wanted to share the above to help prepare future guests.
We have stayed in this condo several times and as always it was clean comfortable and stylish. Will be back again
We enjoyed our three night stay at Historic South Hill. The location was excellent for our needs and the property was comfortable & well stocked. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Lexington.
Great location. The place was very clean. Quick response from both Leslie and Bethany when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here.
Everything about this trip was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a great place to stay in Lexington!
A great location. Close to UK, Rupp Arena and downtown. Beautifully appointed. Only suggestion is to make sure someone in your party is a techiie. Us old folks had a bit of an adventure figuring everything ouy.
We love this place. This is our second time to stay here. The hosts are wonderful. Centrally located within walking distance to tons of great places downtown .
Our main purpose for the stay was going to see Elton John at Rupp arena. It was a great concert. We were able to walk to walk home it was so close. We absolutely loved the cozy condo.we would definitely be back if the owners will have us!thankyou!
