The Wine Away-Luxury Retreat for 20 w/jacuzzi

We had high hopes for the Wine Away location. The house itself was nice despite being a bit out of style and the outdoor area a bit run down but we ran into some problems some other issues that made our stay less than what we had hoped for. First, the induction stovetop would have been great if there were pots that went with it. There were some pans that ended up working but the were mixed in with other pans that weren’t made for that stove and overall it made cooking really challenging. Not what we had expected as we had built a shopping list and meals around being able to cook. Second, the hot tub wasn’t working. We did appreciate that they offered to stop by and take a look but the reality was that it would have taken a whole day for the hot tub to heat back up again and it would have been too late for us to enjoy it by then. Lastly, we discovered a German Cockroach. Not only was it such a gross disappointment but we researched what to do with this kind of an insect and had to purchase a machine to put our luggage in to “cook it” so we wouldn’t bring insects home. When we brought it to the attention of property management they just assured us that it was only a silverfish and that they would notice the owners and that they have pest control already. It was disappointing that they did not acknowledge how gross this was to have inside of our bed and that this made our stay less comfortable. We won’t be staying here again.

had a spectacular time staying at this rental! the host was easy to communicate with and helpful when any issues arose. the property was beautiful and clean and my group had the most fun staying here!

We had a great time there were a few things we didn’t care for. 1. Dishwasher was full of dishes so we did ours by hand. Not my job to unload someone’s dishes. Dryer was full of sheets also not my job to fold someone else laundry. Advertising the pizza oven when there was no wood to use it with. So we had to cook our pizza in the oven. The kitchen had ants all over the counters the entire time we were there even tho we sprayed them. Beautiful home and grounds just needs better cleaning.

We hosted our wedding party at the home a total number of 18 guests and it was perfect. The home is huge! With lots of space to spend time with everyone as well as enough rooms, bathrooms, and private areas to get away if needed. The home was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. The master bedroom had extra hanging racks for our dresses and suites which was thoughful. We had ample space for cars for all our guests and it was so nice overlooking the putdoor gardens from our balconies. We had no issues with the home but the host messaged clear instructions before and after check out and was always responsive to questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

The property is as show in the pictures and the space was better than we expected. The area was so peaceful and tucked away...a huge kitchen to prep meals and plenty of backyard seating to enjoy. There were a couple of hiccups but I was the property manager was very responsive throughout the time of our stay.

The Wineaway is absolutely breath taking and the land is beautiful. We felt secluded and very private. The video how to's are helpful but some need updating. One improvement needed is the pizza oven. The gas flame alone does not heat up the oven enough to cook anything. Per the instruction video, 2.5 hours does not heat the oven. Wood is needed to create the heat. The stovetop locks pretty easy when cleaning, no need to use the breakers, simply hold the lock button down for 3 seconds. More washcloths are needed and more towels for the kitchen is a strong recommendation. Other than these items, we had a wonderful stay & highly recommend.

Great place to get away from the city. More dry and dessert. Lots of beautiful balconies, peaceful. So many games and fun things to do. Gas table fire, cornhole, pool table, numerous tvs, spacious rooms with sitting areas and desks. Beautifully decorated. All the amenities we needed. Full stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. Close to winery, walking trails and easy access to delivery and going out. No internet service at the house so download your Wi-Fi network and password at the gate to the driveway. Wonderful visit

The management was great in accommodating our needs. The house was absolutely beautiful.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for our son's wedding weekend. Beautiful property and well appointed home with plenty of room and privacy for all 18 of us!

We stayed here for a girls trip and wine tasting in Temecula. The house was beautiful. The only negative was there was lots of spiders and ants hanging around the premises. I’d recommend asking them to spray the premises before you come for them. If we stay again that is what I’ll do. Other than that, wonderful stay!

We had 19 people in the wedding party who were all able to stay together at this beautiful house. The house is spacious. The pool table was a big hit. The rooms were very nice and the kitchen was excellent.

My whole party absolutely loved this property!! It was a gorgeous place to stay and all the rooms and accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was just the right size to allow all my family members to stay and made our wedding festivities and activities that much more enjoyable. We would all enjoy coming back to this property again. High marks to the staff and property managers! AAA+++

Jessica and the whole team at barefoot were a breeze to work with. They made the whole stay seamless and were very communicative. The property itself was beautiful and easy to access. The interior was clean and welcoming. There was so much space which was perfect for our wedding getaway. If you’re in the area, we highly recommend giving this place a look!
