The White Picket Fence - Remodeled Craftsman, Downtown Riverfront Neighborhood

House was clean and perfect for our stay. Decorated so well. Close to everything. We need to travel to Montana because our son will be going to UMO so we will definitely be back to visit. We were able to connect with the host whenever needed. Great place.

This was a nice, older house with some beautiful remodeling. There is plenty of space and a nice open kitchen. The kitchen had the necessary tools for cooking and even some extra spices and oils. The fire table was a nice bonus but it didn't work, it was still a nice place to sit outside though. The kitchen sink was a bit quirky but it is an older home after all. The only other problem was the upstairs master TV was not functioning but since we just used the room for sleep, that wasn't a problem for us. I loved the keurig and the family was kind enough to keep it stocked. There were plenty of extra blankets, towels, toilet paper, and the essentials in the restrooms. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is next to a main street so you can hear some traffic noise. It is an easy drive or walk downtown, depending on how you like to get around. The host is responsive, respectful, and timely. I had kids with me and the place had extra toys and puzzles to help keep them entertained. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others.

Kitchen was equipped with what we needed though we didn't use the stove. Beds were all comfortable and even though location was next to a gas station it wasn't noisy and sleep was great. Would definitely recommend this location to others and stay here again.

We always enjoy our stay at this location. Well stocked, comfortable beds, nice touches like night lights and sound machines and games.

Was a great place for family to stay in advance of daughter's wedding. Location very convenient to all of Missoula - both walking and driving. House was well supplied, clean and comfortable,

Convenient location for getting around town. Clean and comfortable. We had five adults staying with two family members visiting during the day. Proved quite adequate for visiting. The large table was great as our family plays a lot of games.

We had a great time and enjoyed this property. I wish we have had more time to enjoy the many amenities.

Well equipped house was perfect for our need. It is an old house and the windows do not open. There are sufficient fans and A/C units. There is very little storage for food or clothes. Cross street is very busy and noisy. The gas station/mini mart next door was a plus when we needed minor supplies. I would stay here again.

Next time I visit I hope the property is available.That says it all.

The house is absolutely amazing! It’s within walking distance to Downtown and about a block from the river. The house has everything we could have asked for and the backyard is great for a bbq with family.

House was very clean and stocked with anything you could need. AC kept the whole house cool, convenient to UM.

The property was superb. Very spacious. Spotlessly clean. It was so well equipped. The garden and outside space was such a wonderful asset. We had a truly fabulous stay.

We came to Missoula to visit our son. Beautifully remodeled craftsman bungalow. Very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Nice big kitchen with a great table for eating and game playing. Gorgeous back yard. Thanks for the great place for us to spend time together!

Great location, cozy gathering spot for friends. Within walking to cute coffee shops and restaurants. Wish the weather was nicer to enjoy the back yard but we were so busy anyway. Will always check on this property when returning!

We loved our stay here. The house and yard were very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Very easy to get on the river trail and walk. Looking forward to coming back!

My husband and I visited Missoula to see our son who is a freshman at the university. We landed at the White Picket house and were instantly embraced with comfort and a cozyPlace to land. Our son stayed with us as well and it was great to have his three friends for dinner one evening.. excellent location to the hip strip and one block from the beautiful river trail. We will definitely!

Location is perfect, 10-min max drive to beautiful hiking trails in the winter! It is an older home so not very well insulated but they had portable heaters to use, we did not need them! House is so cute, and we loved so much space, bigger than we had anticipated.

My visit was short and was my first to Missoula in decades. The house is beautifully remodeled, well stocked and comfortable. The beds in the home were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It is a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown and the river trail. Loved the local farmer's market and I would definitely recommend it. If you are looking for some good old fashioned hard ice cream, stop by Big Dipper. Such a delightful home and location. I would rent this home again.

Rarely can I say someplace was perfect, but this house and stay was flawless!! The beds were really comfortable and the bedding was so soft and comfy! The house is really well done! Amenities perfect!

This is the perfect getaway for Missoula. The house is super cute, clean and comfortable. The backyard and porch spaces are great for hanging out. And you can't beat the location. A short 15-20min walk along the greenbelt to downtown and Grizzly stadium. Will definitely keep on our list for future visits.

It is a well maintained and cute updated house. Great location, 5 min drive to everywhere. Kids loved having their own separate rooms. Would absolutely return or recommend.

This lovely and clean home was even nicer in person than it looked online. It was a cozy spot in a perfect location. We walked most places when we were in town. The river, downtown, and Orange St Food Farm were all really close by. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with any supplies we might need, and it just had a nice “homey” feel to it. We would definitely recommend this rental!

I use to visit Missoula 1-2 times per year in my 20’s and this was the 1st time in over a decade. This stay will be kept on the list for future trips. Beautiful house and nice backyard hang out area. Highly recommend.
