Second floor no place for luggage {had to keep on floor}, no place to hang clothes. 1 hook in bathroom and no pace to put out toiletries. No room around bed. Keep hitting feet on platform. TV up so high very hard to watch. Killed my necklace. First floor Bedroom also tight. Tv no instructions to watch local tv. 2 coffee mugs and not enough for 4 people. No Refrige for even ice cubes. Had to buy ice every day to enjoy a class of cold water. No enough thought went into this.

Internet (WiFi)was seriously lacking. RAM was constatntly full....had to reset every few hours (reset 16 times in 3 days). While connected to Netflix could not use WiFi for cell phines. Needs immediate attentiin. Did report to proberty manager without a solution.

Host was very responsive. We had everything we needed for our weekend girl's getaway. Comfy beds, easy parking and walking distance to the Silos! Great food and entertainment nearby. We would definitly stay here again.

The house was super clean, parking was easy. We appreciated the waters and snacks. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens/towels. The living area was cute, but small for more than 2 people. The location was fantastic! Close walk to some shops, very short drive to other shops, restaurants and Baylor campus. Would totally stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to Magnolia and a lot of restaurants! The utility closet is noisy but for the location outweighs the noise.

The property was perfect for 4 people. Alicia was very responsive when we checked in and the door code didn’t work. We called and she got us right in and we were good to go. I would definitely recommend this property!!

It was a fun stay! The smoke alarm was going off but the owner resolved quickly. It is a cute, clean place. The bathroom sinks could be larger but just my taste. For seniors; which I am, the spiral staircase could be a challenge; I loved it and it gave me exercise. The beds were comfy and all was enjoyable. Would stay again!

Beautiful clean and location is ideal to walk to the soils.

Great location close to Magnolia market. As described and had everything we needed. Only downside was a bar/music venue nearby was very loud in the evening.

Came to Waco to visit my children attending college and also did some shopping at Magnolia and site seeing around Waco. Mgr was responsive when I had a question. Place was very clean and was great for our 3 day visit.

Property is warm and inviting. We were there for a horse show, not Magnolia and so no oven or dishwasher was not a big deal. Bed is nice, just soft. Staircase for teen was easy to navigate. Communication with manager was Not great. I asked for an early checkin of 2 And never got a response…even though we left at 6:30 am on Sunday. Worst of all was that I forgot my pillow and despite trying to get it back, I received zero call back… Nice property though…
