The Wave House - Family home in the tree tops with ocean views

Very modern property with great views. Great attention to detail to all that may be needed truly making it a home away from home. Loved our stay which really wasn’t long enough, will definitely be back and highly recommend it for a memorable time away.

All good - note one of the dining chairs has a crack in the frame. If someone heavy sits on it it is likely to collapse

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings. The house itself is beautifully designed, combining modern comforts with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area opened up to a large deck, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while listening to the soothing sounds of nature. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight for us. Just a short stroll away, we were able to soak up the sun, swim in the crystal-clear waters, and take long, peaceful walks along the shore. The beach feels almost private, allowing us to relax without the usual crowds. Equally enchanting was the bushland surrounding the property. We loved exploring the nearby trails, where we encountered breathtaking views and an array of wildlife. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation! It was amazing and would love to visit again

This property is beautiful and well maintained inside. However the outdoor area has not been swept or cleaned for a long time. The glass balustrade was filthy, thick dust covered all outdoor furniture, an extreme amount of bird droppings was everywhere. I notified the property manager via email to let them know. She said it was cleaned the day before and blamed it on the wildlife. I cleaned the upstairs balcony and it stayed in clean condition for 4 days,

Property is in a good location, enough of a hill to make you feel like you’ve done a little walk and exerted yourself, but not a long slog uphill like some others. Property has everything you need, is spacious and well set up. View is lovely.
