The Walter House - Quiet Neighborhood!

The location to both the beach and downtown was amazing! The living room was a perfect gathering place for my family to enjoy time together.

Was great - only 1 thing was the oven stopped working on day 1. No fault just bad timing. Would have been 5 if that didnt happen. Otherwise fantastic

The location is fantastic! It seemed a wee ridiculous to have to stop by the rental office to get the keypad code when it could be texted or emailed as others do. The box holding the paper with the code was a struggle to open. Otherwise the place was clean comfortable. Be aware there is only one (1) shower and as this is an older home the stairs are very steep. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay and when we called w questions the staff was always great!

We loved this house! The location was was great. Steps to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. The gas fireplace contributed to a couple of cozy evenings after enjoying the sunsets. Highly recommended.

We had a great time. Cannon Beach is our favorite. The Walter House was great, close to everything ee could walk to almost everything. Even my dad who's back was was hurting.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It poured of rain the whole time, yet we still ventured out and enjoyed the beach and town. We would definetly love to come again and visit.

We made a reservation just two weeks before our stay with friends at the beach and wow am I glad this place was still available! It has everything you need, is just across a small road from beach access, and near downtown shops. The property manager was very helpful as is the online guide. The kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfy. We hope to stay here again.

What a beautiful place centrally located views of Cannon Beach wild animals roamed in the early mornings. We will definitely remember this experience and the cozy home for the rest of our lives.

Quirky house with an awkward kitchen and a nice great room with a fireplace. Great location, can see the beach from the porch. Basically a block into town.

Light & bright cottage. Very comfortable! Can hear the ocean & is just down a dune to the beach. We’ll be back!

Sweet bungalow at the beach in a perfect location, close to the ocean & Haystack Rock and just a few blocks from downtown.

I love this beach rental…it was our second time here this year! My family and our dog have a great time in this perfectly located and nostalgically decorated getaway.

Nicely modernized old house in great location. On quiet street. Short walk to beach and not far to Haystack Rock. Easy to walk to Haystack one way and come back another way. 2 blocks to shops and very interesting Mexican restaurant . House has spacious and well equipped kitchen, roomy living room with big screen tv. Central heating plus a gas fireplace on its own thermostat . Small tv in 2 of 3 bedrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, 2 single beds, all upstairs. Upstairs bath has a tub. Downstairs bathroom has a shower. Parking in front for 2 cars felt tight, but hey it’s an old neighborhood where squeezing cars into tight spots is part of the experience. I just wouldn’t try to park an RV here.
