Stayed Jan 13, 2026The listing is exactly as stated. The view is exactly as shown in the listing. This property sits high on a hill above Sumner Beach and you have an amazing view of Sumner town below. The property is a modern cabin in the hills. The only issue we had here was a clogged bathroom drain and shower; both were fixed unfortunately on the last day of our stay, although we reported it on the first night and was told someone would fix it the next day. The property is in the most amazing location in Churchill, about 15 mins from the city and 40 mins from the airport. The town has several local restaurants and all facilities. We really enjoyed the little down and the people were so friendly. Two things to remember: 1) you'll need a car if you stay here, although Uber is easily available and 2) You'll need to be comfortable driving up 2 narrow turns to get up the hill. The house is in a small cul-de-sac with 3 other houses and has it's own driveway so parking will not be a problem. Loved this place.

Stayed Nov 2, 2025The house looks just like the photos and has incredible views. The amenities were also great, and we appreciated the clear video tutorials for checking in and using everything in the house. We did have an issue with the stove and using the grill, but the host was very accommodating and helped to get them fixed right away. We would definitely recommend the stay.
