It is about a 15 minute walk to Sumner Beach, along with nearby cafes, restaurants, and the village cinema. There are also several walking tracks close by for those who enjoy the outdoors.

The home includes three bedrooms, with a king bed in one, a queen in another, and a third room with a double loft and single bed, suitable for children or extra guests. There is a private hot tub with sea views and an outdoor BBQ area.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space with Smart TV, WiFi, laundry facilities, and secure parking.

    The listing is exactly as stated. The view is exactly as shown in the listing. This property sits high on a hill above Sumner Beach and you have an amazing view of Sumner town below. The property is a modern cabin in the hills. The only issue we had here was a clogged bathroom drain and shower; both were fixed unfortunately on the last day of our stay, although we reported it on the first night and was told someone would fix it the next day. The property is in the most amazing location in Churchill, about 15 mins from the city and 40 mins from the airport. The town has several local restaurants and all facilities. We really enjoyed the little down and the people were so friendly. Two things to remember: 1) you'll need a car if you stay here, although Uber is easily available and 2) You'll need to be comfortable driving up 2 narrow turns to get up the hill. The house is in a small cul-de-sac with 3 other houses and has it's own driveway so parking will not be a problem. Loved this place.

    The house looks just like the photos and has incredible views. The amenities were also great, and we appreciated the clear video tutorials for checking in and using everything in the house. We did have an issue with the stove and using the grill, but the host was very accommodating and helped to get them fixed right away. We would definitely recommend the stay.

    This house was perfect for our family vacation! Spectacular views and just a short drive to the beach and small shops. It was such a nice place to return to after a day of exploring. They really take good care of the property. recommend

    Amazing view from the house! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and restaurants, though the climb back up is a workout
