The process was annoying from the start as they send you a lengthy checkin process requiring you to sign a legal document after you have already booked and paid for your stay. This is not disclosed up front. They also require you to upload your ID into an app that you have no details on where or how the information is being used. The only solution provided by them when I complained was they would cancel the reservation for a full refund. This is not helpful 24 hours prior to arrival. Upon arriving there were serval bugs inside the door crawling around. The house was cheaply built and has significant wear and tear. Every inch of the house is scuffed. Vent covers and window seals are all filthy and the 3rd floor has a terrible smell. This was noted in a previous review and they indicated it was resolved, but clearly it is not. Most of the white towels have stains on them. They are using this property like a hotel without hotel quality cleaning and laundry. For the price and cleaning fee, it needs to be better maintained. The layout is great and it is close to everything. They need to disclose the paperwork upfront, clean more thoroughly and don't require a survey to check in and out.

The property was easy access to downtown, The Opry, parks, and golf courses. Fun brewery and restaurant/bar within walking distance. The property itself was well furnished and allowed for several family members to be very comfortable. We loved the property. I had a question before check in and during check in- the host was very quick to reply. Highly recommend!

We came for an event in downtown. This place provided a great stay and was close to everything in cemtral Nashville without the cluster and hassle of downtown. I would stay here again and would recommend it to someone looking for a place to stay!

I was completely impressed with this entire process from the communication before we even left Wisconsin to when we left the home. And the home is even more beautiful in person. 5 stars!
