Welcome to the Sway Stay, this 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath lakefront retreat is built for up to 18 guests to “come hang” in style! This home is all about relaxation, featuring two living spaces, and a signature timber pergola with swings encircling a lakeside fire pit. This home is in a prime location on Horseshoe Bend Parkway and just minutes from all the lakes’ popular attractions. The dock offers two 12x32 slips. Located just steps from Buddy`s Harbor which offers a boat ramp!>
Kitchen and Dining Area
This bright, open-concept kitchen and dining area is perfect for hosting. The space features top of the line stainless steel appliances, a K cup coffee maker, and a large center island with seating for three. There is a more formal dining table with seating for four.

Living Room
The living area features a plush white sofa and two accent chairs centered around a glass coffee table. A wood-slat accent wall houses an electric fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above. There are sliding glass doors for access onto the waterfront balcony.

Master Suite
The top-level master suite offers complete privacy, featuring a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake. The attached bathroom has a spa like feel with double vanity sinks, a spacious walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the main floor and features two queen-sized beds, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the balcony.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, and a closet.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom features a twin over twin bunk and a twin with twin trundle.

Downstairs Living
There is an additional living space with two couches, a mounted flat screen TV, and arcade style game. The third bathroom is located on this level with a single vanity sink and a stand-alone shower. There is also a half bath.

Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Bedroom 6
The sixth bedroom features two twin-sized beds and a mounted flat screen TV.

**There is a sleeping nook with an additional twin over twin bunk.

Outside
The outdoor space features a lower patio with two picnic tables, blue contour swings, and a bar-top railing with seating for six and a mounted TV. The upper deck includes a premium Blackstone grill station overlooking the lake, ideal for group cookouts. Follow the paved path to the custom timber pergola to gather around the fire pit on swings. This home really is the ultimate lakeside hangout! The dock features two 12x32 slips.

This home is located in Lake Ozark on Horseshoe Bend Parkway, just minutes from Osage Beach, The Bagnell Dam Strip, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H-Toads, JB Hooks, Baxter`s, Dock Knockers, and so much more!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
