Step inside and you’re greeted by a bright, modern living room with soaring vaulted ceilings, natural light streaming in, a cozy sofa with built-in chaise, two armchairs, and a smart TV for movie nights. The stunning kitchen showcases gray-blue cabinetry, granite countertops, black and stainless appliances, and counter seating for four, flowing seamlessly into the dining area with a table for six that opens out to the lanai. For added fun, the garage doubles as a game room with a 3-in-1 foosball, air hockey, and pool table. Outside, your private lanai features a sparkling pool, shaded seating for four, chaise loungers for soaking up the sun, a grassy area beyond, and privacy curtains so you can fully unwind. The Sunny Spot blends comfort, entertainment, and location for a truly unforgettable stay.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 3 private bedrooms and a twin size sofa bed in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #2 is Mickey Mouse themed and includes twin-over-full bunk beds.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, as well as lot parking for 4 vehicles available.

• Miscellaneous fee(s):

o Optional pool heat at $29/ night. Full stay min only, recommended during winter months.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the top of the garage and actively monitoring the garage and driveway,

o (2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the entryway walkway,
