The Summer House Gulf front Townhome

We love the summer house. This is our second stay here and would definitely recommend.

The house was nice and the location was pretty much perfect. It was great not having to bring chairs and canopies with us. Everything you could possibly need was in the beach closet! The house was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We were there the 3rd week of August so the crowds were minimal and no crowds on the beach.

The house was wonderful. The view and location were great. A couple of the doors were hard to get open. The entry way was infested with flies but overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Dan and I both love the new TV along with the artificial flame underneath. That should be Thelma not Dan. This is Charles.

This place was perfect. It was not crowded at all. Literally no on the beach. Great place for family and kids. I will be back. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond with any questions I had. I’ve been going to the beach for years. One of the best trips so far.

We had a great time at the Summer House! Very clean, just as described! The location was perfect. Such a short walk right to the beach, away from the crowds. We would highly recommend this property!

The unit was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay.

We had a great week with great weather. The property was in great condition having recently been upgraded. I would suggest a chest of drawers in place of the TV stand for bedroom on the main level. The living room was comfortable and even had toys for toddlers. The beach closets had the most items I've had seen in a rental property.

Summer House is a great property right on the Gulf. Mike was a fantastic host. We will definitely stay there again.

We had such a great time staying here. Very spacious and plenty of privacy for all of our family. The access to the beach was great for going in and out with our toddler. Everything was super clean and the bedrooms were all comfy and lots of room. We will be back!!

We had a fabulous vacation here! It was everything we wanted and more. We are regular Florida vacationers and we were looking for something less crowded this year. This is the perfect place for a family. Our group included 6 adults, one child, one toddler, and two babies. We fit perfectly and never felt cramped in this beach house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Mike had top notch communication as a host. The beach is not crowded and we didn’t have to worry about waking up early to rush and set up our beach spot each day. This was huge for us because we do not want to be in a crowded area on vacation. Being steps away from the beach was amazing. This beach house has everything you could need. We especially loved that they had toilet paper, paper towels, make up remover wipes, soaps, kitchen spices and staples supplied for you when you arrive. Something you don’t see in other beach houses or condos. 10/10 would recommend. We can’t wait to come back!!

Second time we have stayed here and it was still a great time.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy the beach Nice personal touches - Tommy Bahama chairs, beach towels, beach toys, liquid hand soap, etc.

The place was perfect and beautiful. All the extra touches make it special my family. We will be back next year!

The property was great. Loved being right on the beach. Will stay there again.
