We stayed here because our first host cancelled on and ghosted us, but I'm so glad this is where we ended up! Our host was very responsive and even kindly let us drop off our bags earlier than check in. The house was cozy and well thought-out in ways I find other places lacking (nightstands for each person, plenty of places to sit or set items, plethora of easily located plugs for electronics, more than enough kitchen utensils). Instructions were very clear and sent early enough to have on hand. We didn't have to worry about odd instructions having to do with cleaning (and the place was very clean!!). We only had one mini van, but parking overall would easily accommodate 4 vehicles. Our host also was helpful with restaurant recommendations. There was also a Publix within walking distance. Really the only thing I would change would be having an extra towel and blanket or two available. We came down for the beach and escape rooms, and had a great time. Thank you so so much!

We were impressed the minute we pulled up to the home. It was cute and adorable on the outside. When we entered the home we were wowed! The cleanliness was outstanding! The beds were comfortable and as was the living room furniture. We had family over for a homemade spaghetti dinner and the kitchen was well equipped to make that happen from pots, pans, silverware, plates and glasses. And the spice cabinet was a nice addition. We loved the retro bathroom and the decor of the whole home. The home was spacious and the floor plan was great. Everyone that visited us loved the house. It was inviting, homey and functional. It was nice that TVs were in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room-that was a nice plus. We felt comfortable and safe there. The neighborhood was very close to Publix, Walmart, Starbucks and assorted restaurants. It was nice that the management team took care of the trash and recycle totes on trash day. Very big backyard with a nice deck, charcoal grill and lawn furniture. We were really kind of sad to leave! We highly recommend The Stella Maris!Thank you for providing such a lovely home!

I could not have been more please with this adorable little bungalow!! Every piece of artwork, every little book, every thoughtful little item in this home clearly was selected with love. It was incredibly clean and I will happily stay there again next time I’m in Tampa!

The property was great, and there was tons of communication to help it go even smoother. Great little neighborhood and close to both USF and the fairgrounds where we had to go to for games for our daughters volleyball tournament. The backyard is a great amenity especially if you have pets!!

I reserved this home for Gasparilla weekend, so I had a few MUST HAVES - I needed a close-to-downtown location, a bathtub to soak away my pain, and a big, comfy bed to sleep away the rest of the pain that came back after I took a bath, lol! This property had everything I wanted, and was *almost* perfect for me. But I'm picky. The only downside was a water heater that wasn't large enough to fill the cast iron tub in the awkward tiny bathroomCommunication with the owner was timely and courteous, and access to the space was easy. The rooms were wonderfully decorated in a warm Old Florida style. There were books EVERYWHERE! On tables, on shelves, in the bedrooms, all over the kitchen... as an avid reader, I loved it so much (there was even a fairy tale book in one of the rooms that was identical to one I had as a child). The home has tons of windows, letting in beautiful Florida light, no matter what time of day it is - I found myself *not* turning on lights, and just enjoying the sunshine. The home is spacious, with lots of different options to spread out if you come with a big family. The kitchen has every single thing you don't even realize you need, including many small appliances, and a pretty well-stocked spice rack, and an icemaker in the freezer. The bedrooms were large, not over-full of furniture that makes navigating the space annoying. Both sides of the bed had a nightstand, each bedroom had a TV with a Roku, and a small dresser; also ample closet space.

First of the property manager/owner was great and response was a lightning fast. Needed more linens and he delivered it right away. I would definitely stay again. As one previous reviewer mentioned, the neighborhood is street specific and this property is quiet and no issues with security when we stayed.

As a former Tampa resident I know Seminole Heights can be hit or miss but this area is precious and perfect. 2 minute drive to Publix, easy access to the interstates, friendly neighbors always walking and waving, and a big yard for the pup. The house is well stocked and smells lovely! The team was very communicative and responsive about a couple suggestions for future. Appreciated the minis of toiletries, laundry soap, and dish soap that were enough to last me a few days and not have to buy full sizes for a short stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Property is in a lovely neighborhood, old Tampa with all the houses renovated. Lovely to walk around, with beautiful old trees, birds everywhere and it’s safe. The house is comfortable with everything you could need. House is very clean, living room is comfortable, beds are comfy. We had 2 dogs and the back yard was perfect for them to run around. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Jared was VERY responsive, getting to the house to let us in within 15 mins. Have always stayed in hotels when we come to FL, we’ll definitely stay here in the future.

We were here for two nights for an event, looking for a quiet pet-friendly home in a safe neighborhood. Not only did this place check those boxes, but it was also beautifully decorated/themed and had a large yard with a pretty fountain and hedges. Prompt easy communication with management as well.
