    Management property was rude. Check in procedure were difficult as link for rental agreement was not ‘live’…unable to complete things via mobile, had to use desktop. They were not at all helpful. Asked type of coffee maker (kcup or grounds) and they sent a fuzzy photo instead of just responding with ‘both’. Emailed checkout procedure different from was is in the book on property. Property itself was perfect for us otherwise.
