Perfect for larger groups - plenty of beds ( all equitable ) Huge kitchen and dining areas. The outdoor space was fantastic on all levels. We would definitely go back!!

This property made our daughter’s wedding!!! Wedding was at a venue, but we had guests from 10 states. These two homes and courtyard allowed us to have a family reunion in addition to attending a wedding. We were able to eat, visit, and play together!! There are not many homes like this and we are so grateful we found this one! The four days were full of love, laughter, and memories!! Thank you for making this possible!!

Great property and we had a great experience

We had an amazing time! Plenty of space and beds for my large family. Loved the outside patio area with cornhole and extra seating. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at the Spruce with a large group of friends. The home was spacious and perfect for accommodating all of us, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. It’s a newer property with a beautifully updated, modern style, and the kitchen was especially great for cooking, offering tons of space and all the amenities we needed.We loved spending time in both the indoor and outdoor areas. The nearby walking path was a nice bonus, offering a peaceful way to explore the neighborhood and enjoy the surroundings.The rental company was fantastic to work with—communication was easy, and they were incredibly attentive to our needs. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located retreat.

We had a total of 16 people, but this place, with the bunk rooms, can accommodate many more. Everyone can gather together on the main floor or spread to the game area on the second floor. Great communication with the owners too! Very well appointed too!

The house was beautiful and spacious and suited our group perfectly. It was nice there were bedrooms on every floor so the older family members could stay on the main floor and not have to navigate steps. The house layout was great and had everything we could have needed and/or wanted. Back patio was beautiful. Everyone was very pleased with the house and we were thrilled it allowed so many of us to stay together and maximize our family time together. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic place! We stayed in both units for our daughters wedding with immediate family and entire wedding party. Made it such a fun weekend. Easy to separate different ages and have quiet floors for older guests. Did yoga and sound bath in the courtyard each day simply beautiful. Lots of parking and lots of refrigerator and freezer space was so helpful when entertaining this many people.

Great property, never found the address number on the building so that was confusing. Ice machine on fridge didn’t work but we bought a few bags. But we had a great stay overall and would highly recommend it to large groups. Will definitely book again

Spruce Retreat was perfect for our family reunion in early July. We have family members that are under one year old up to the patriarch who is nearly 101. Having main floor access to group areas, restrooms, kitchen/dining and bedrooms was ideal. The additional upstairs play/gathering area and bedrooms was also comfortable. Certainly our favorite space was the shaded decks. The cool, peaceful environment was nourishing for all of us. Thank you!

My family (27 people) absolutely loved our stay at The Spruce, We could not have picked a better place to stay in Flagstaff for this size group! The description and pictures are accurate - the house is as great as presented. 10/10!

Of all of the vacation rentals I have stayed at, The Gathering Place was by far the best! I absolutely was impressed with the layout of the floor plan, cleanliness and how our family was able to enjoy so much comfort for a party of over 30 guest. I would not hesitate to rebook and highly recommend it to others! It was like being together in a huge 3 story home with a dining area with plentiful seating for meals, board games and just all being together. I loved every minute of my stay and the price was very competive for all the amentities that were including. Definitely a *10*
