Sleeping up to 12 comfortably with parking for 10 cars, and only 3 miles from the beach, we’ve got everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

Kick things off with a swim in the saltwater pool, unwind in the bubbling spa, or gather your group around the cozy fire table for laughs, snacks, and unforgettable evenings. There’s a private putting green for golf lovers and a play set for little adventurers, all surrounded by lush landscaping, tropical palms, and colorful blooms. It’s more than a backyard—it’s your mini resort.

Inside, the fun doesn’t slow down. Challenge your friends to ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, darts, or a classic arcade duel. Prefer to keep it chill Grab a board game or catch the big game on the oversized smart TV. Every space is designed for connection, competition, or complete relaxation.

When it’s time to recharge, cozy up in the living area by the fireplace, stretch out in the spacious sectional, or get moving in your private fitness room. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal times effortless, whether you’re cooking for a crowd or just craving a midnight snack.

And when it's time to wind down for the night, here are the sleeping arrangements:

You'll have the entire estate to yourself, including the backyard, garage, and gaming area!

Other things to note:

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention given to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep the noise levels down, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200/day. There is a 2-day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the “spa” button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating :)
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 10 guests Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to extra fees and availability.
