We are within walking distance of the Lake Arrowhead clubhouse, restaurant and bar. Lake Arrowhead has two 18-hole Championship golf courses--both rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. They offer a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also host live entertainment on their outdoor patio every Thursday night during the summer.

Sand Valley Golf Resort is just minutes away, boasting the nation's #1 new public course in 2017 (Sand Valley) and 2018 (Mammoth Dunes), as well as the #1 new short-course (The Sandbox). Sand Valley features some of the most scenic views in Central Wisconsin. They also offer fine dining, a bar and grill, and Craig's Porch snack shack with a spectacular overlook. Several free, public-welcome hiking trails around the Sand Valley property allow guests to explore the beauty of Central Wisconsin.

Snowmobile and ATV trails offer year-round riding with Adams County boasting one of the state's largest trail systems. Four area lakes offer amazing fishing and boating opportunities. Hunting and ice fishing in the fall/winter round out the huge variety of outdoor activities all within minutes of our home. Our space is perfect for groups of golfers, riders, hunters, or fishermen.

Our house features lots of space for sleeping and hanging out together. The master bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted into two twin size beds. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a luxury hybrid mattress. The third bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with a Sealy hybrid mattress. The fourth bedroom downstairs also has a king size bed that can be converted into two twin size beds, plus a third twin size bed. In the fifth room, part of the lower family room, there's a twin size bed along with a bunk bed featuring a twin size top over a full size bottom. The game room has two futons that can be used as a full size bed and a twin size bed. There are also two roll-away cots with 5 memory foam mattresses. All mattresses are brand new and extremely comfortable.

The living room and family room each have large flat screen TV's with streaming live TV. The living room opens to a large deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The yard overlooks the sixth green on the Pines Course at Lake Arrowhead Golf Course. The game room downstairs has a ping-pong table and electronic dart board, large flat screen TV for gaming, and couches/futons for lounging. The walk-out basement opens to the large yard and deck/patio area.

The kitchen offers range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator, along with an island with bar-top seating. The open-concept dining room has a table that can expand to seat 8-10 people. It also comes with first-floor washer and dryer for your convenience.

An attached two-stall garage is available for guests, as well as outside parking for an additional 5-7 vehicles.
