Stayed Oct 23, 2025The house easily accommodated our group of 12 ladies. It was clean and comfortable. The three-level thermostats were great to ensure everyone slept comfortably, too!The only thing I felt was a little lacking was the supply of dishes. There was one single glass in the cupboards for drinks. There were a variety of coffee mugs, but we had to purchase solo cups for our stay. Also, one of the bathrooms only had a half roll of toilet paper, and no extras. So that was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, a good stay!

Stayed Sep 18, 2025went for bachlorette party. We had 9 girls! property was perfect for trip easy to uber to the city and felt safe. property was just like pictures except I think the garbage was once a game room and is now used as a garage again to park car. also if staying in the bunk bed room take a fan it will not turn on for safety reasons. property was very clean and easy to get in and out. questions were answered promptly. rooftop patio was very nice also. great place for a weekend getaway!

Stayed Sep 8, 2025This is a great place to stay. Very clean and an ideal location to be able to see the sights in Nashville. There are a lot of steps...so if that is an issue for people, this would not be the place to stay, but we loved it. Communication with the owner/manager was also great and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025We had a wonderful stay in Nashville and we so enjoyed the home. The check-in was easy. The location was great just a few short minutes to downtown. The bedding was comfortable and the outdoor patio was great on the rooftop. Pefect for a quick get away.

Stayed May 30, 2025We came to Nashville to watch our family member play in the NCAA baseball tournament at Vanderbilt. This property was truly amazing! Super clean, fun and amazing location! The place is decorated so neatly and kids loved the bright/vibrant colors!! We would love to visit again and stay here!

Stayed May 1, 2025If it wasn’t rainy, we would have spent all the time on the rooftop! Does have a lot of stairs, but overall was a great stay and location. Would stay here again.
