Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities, including a hot tub and seasonal pool.



The Space:

Designed for families, groups, and year-round mountain getaways, this spacious townhome offers multiple levels of privacy and cozy living spaces. Peaceful forest views and easy access for unwinding after a day at the lake or China Peak ski resort, only 20 miles away.



Lower Level – Rest & Relaxation

Downstairs from the entry level, you’ll find:

Primary bedroom with king size canopy bed, attached private bathroom, and balcony access

Guest bedroom with queen bed and shared balcony

Hallway bathroom

Peaceful forest views and easy access for unwinding after a day at the lake or slopes

This upper level is an ideal hideaway for younger guests or extra sleeping space for your group.

Note: The townhome does not have AC or central heating. Space heaters are easily accessible via in-room wall thermostats, plus the living room fireplace keeps things cozy.

Getting Around:

Getting around Shaver Lake is simple and convenient from our centrally located condo in the gated Bretz Mill community.



Parking: Guests have parking near the unit inside the secure gated community.



Guests should expect to drive to explore Shaver Lake, nearby trailheads, and local restaurants. Roads are well-maintained, and the condo is just a quick drive to town and the lake.



Winter Travel: During snowy months, 4WD/AWD or chains may be required. Mountain roads can become icy, and CalTrans often mandates traction devices—plan ahead for winter conditions. The community HOA services the roads/parking in the community.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must arrive during check-in hours because you will need to be buzzed in at the gated entrance.

If you expect to arrive later than the designated hours, please contact us in advance so we can confirm that someone will be available to grant access.



After that, you’ll be provided with a Key Card that allows you to freely enter and exit the community and access the pool and spa.

Please note:

This Key Card must be returned at checkout.

A $250 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned Key Card.



Self Check In: Your personalized door code activates at check in time. If you try to check in before, it will not work.
