The kitchen is fully stocked (blender, toaster, pots and pans, baking dishes, hand mixer, cooking sheets) and ready for you to enjoy! The open concept living room, kitchen and dining room allows for everyone to enjoy each other’s company !
Come experience Bentonville! Location is perfect for mountain bikers and downtown lovers. 1 mile from Downtown, 1 mile from Coler, 1 mile from Slaughter Pen. Fenced -in backyard and bike wash station! There are dishwasher and laundry pods for a couple days. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom! Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Ping pong table in garage! Front & back yard monitored with Google cameras. Porch monitored with ring. No smoking on the premises .

Beautiful house and nicely laid out for 3 families to share. Aly gave fast responses when help was needed. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all things needed to cook for a weekend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Owners have done an excellent job of updating this property. The owner should consider putting a small bureau or dresser in bedrooms.
