There was more than enough space for our group of seven friends to relax and enjoy a much-needed escape for three nights and four days. We made the most of our stay—playing games, soaking in the jacuzzi, gathering around the fire pit, cooking together, wine tasting, exploring Tin City, and capturing plenty of fun photos. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

The Shire is a beautiful place to gather with family, or friends. Communication with the host was great. Everything was outlined clearly. The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise at night - peaceful rest. I would definitely rent this house again.Douglas

Everything was perfection. Amazing place.

We pulled up to the property at sunset and were blown away by the location and the house itself. The kids were so excited for their own little playhouse-we basically never saw them during our stay. The house itself was incredible. So spacious and well kept. It was as if we were at a private resort. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house is fully stocked, you don’t need to bring anything. The little ones in the family loved the playhouse and the parents loved the size of the bedrooms and living spaces. Definitely one of favorites.

This property has a great home design and plenty of amenities for everyone! I stayed here with my family, which included 2 grandparents, 3 parents, 4 kids (ages 9-12). The home had plenty of living and sleeping space for everyone to relax and hang out. The kitchen was perfectly designed for everyone to chat while also cooking, which was perfect as we were here during the Thanksgiving holiday. The dining room was also wonderful and easily sat the entire family. The hot tub was also a great place for everyone to relax after a long day of exploring and visiting the vineyards. Upon arrival, I had a couple of questions with the property manager, and they responded within minutes. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Beautiful home with stunning views. Only thing that could be better is the outdoor furniture. Wish there was a couch and cushioned seats around the fire pit. Other wise great place!!

Fire pit, hot tub and corn hole included. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need.

We had a great stay at The Shire. The home is extremely well appointed. The setting is quiet and serene. We highly recommend this vacation home for your Paso vacay.

The Shire was a wonderful escape and place to celebrate my son's Cal Poly graduation. It made the whole weekend so extra relaxing and brilliant!! All the wonderful touches made it feel like such a relaxing getaway!

This property is spectacular - comfortable, spacious and cozy at the same time. We had a wonderful vacation - so much to do in the area and such a nice home to come back to!
