What could best be described as an industrial revolution in holiday home design, The Shed has a style all its own, and features the rare ability to comfortably accommodate the largest family or group of couples. Set in a quiet idyllic bush setting, only 400m from the heart of town, The Shedredefines the traditional holiday home. Seven bedrooms flank the kitchen, dining and living area which give new meaning to the term open plan. Multiple deck areas across two levels afford guests the perfect opportunity to come together or be apart. Three of the seven bedrooms include full ensuite bathrooms, one in particular complete with free standing bath. The main living space offers two separate lounge areas, galley kitchen & dining space, and features a double sided wood fire. Industrial lighting, polished concrete floors, spiral staircase and sculptured steel window shades, all add to this modern masterpiece.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
