Stayed Sep 24, 2025I had zero communication ahead of time. None. They had my card on file but not check info. I had to contact support who contacted them. Said I needed to pay and sent a payrequest outside of VRBO. I paid it and no directions or check in details. Contacted again. They send a link with directions to the next town. We started walking (not easy with luggage in Riomaggiore) and finally realized that they were directions to a property in Manarola. Got new directions and finally got to the place. The door lock is unusual and not a big deal except for the one hour ordeal trying to get in hours after check in. Inside, rusty stove, coffee grounds on the counter. The shower drain does not work. So turning on the water to get to even warm floooded the entire bathroom. We had to start running water to the bidet from the shower until we got to warm to avoid the flooding. This was a disaster. Could have been nice as in the marina. Don't rent this place. Ever.
