- Boutique Wing: Features a King Primary and the historic Maid’s Corridor—a cozy 1950s sleeping nook with a Full bed (ideal for kids or a single adult).

- Laundry: Two separate sets of brand-new stacked washers and dryers.

- The Beach Kit: We provide double sets of beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas so you can hit the sand fully prepared.

- Pet Friendly: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and fee (no aggressive breeds, barkers, or chewers).

Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay).
