Awesome little house a few minutes from the Bentonville square

So close to the square. And to Crystal Bridges. Host helped us get into the house because VRBO site was not working properly. But the door could not be locked. Something was wrong with the keypad. That was the only issue with our stay. Otherwise it was superb!

Perfect getaway!

Such an amazing location. It's close to downtown and the trails. The bike garage area is so helpful to keep your bikes safe and maintained while getting in your miles. The house itself is clean and well stocked with any necessities you could need.

This is a cute, clean house within walking distance to downtown and easy biking distance to the Razorback Trail, Slaughter Pen Trail and more. We’d definitely stay here again.

We choose the property for its proximity to Crystal Bridges Museum. Due to the rather warm weather 90 we drove once, but walked mostly.

This house is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, great for walking everywhere. The outdoor seating areas are really pleasant too!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unlike most B&Bs, this one has very nice cutlery plates actual wine glasses mugs cups. It really feels like an actual house, not like somebody’s throwaways. Also thought the house shoes in everyone’s drawer was a nice touch. Super convenient location. Close to the Razorback Greenway Trail / Downtown. Accommodations were great for us and our bikes. Happy to stay here again!

This was our second stay here. The house is in a great location - very close to downtown and Slaughter Pen. It had all the accommodations and the bike wash station and garage space were very handy. Thanks for another great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Saint-Germain. This cozy house was kept very clean and was the perfect size for our small family (one kid in tow). We liked how close this property was to all of the destinations we were planning while in Bentonville (and walkable to many). Everything about the house was great: very comfortable beds, spacious living/dining area, everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a great visit to the area (it was our first time in Bentonville to see the art museum)...we plan to come back and would definitely choose to stay here again.

It was a perfect place for me and my 3 sisters. The location was less than a 10 walk to the square. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

The property is very clean, centrally located to the Bentonville town square and the Slaughter Pen trailheads. We were within blocks of it all. This is a great choice if you just want to park your vehicle and bike or walk. Highly recommend.

So close to Crystal bridges that we could walk, Also could walk to restaurants , beds were comfortable neighborhood was quiet.

Easy access to all things Bentonville. Had everything we needed to make home away from home for a longer stay!

This cute home was close to Bentonville square. Felt recently remodeled/updated. Plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen. We'll come back!

The property was perfect for our girls weekend getaway to Bentonville! Its location is great and very safe. We enjoyed the walkability to downtown restaurants. The checkout instructions were easy and the beds were comfortable. We loved it!

The house was perfectly located for easy access to downtown Bentonville, and for riding in the Slaughter Pen trails and thus the rest of the trails. It was also great to have a storage space for the bike, so I did not have to worry about it being stolen, or getting the house dirty. AC worked great even though it was 95+ while I was there, and all of the amenities were as promised or better.

Description of the property was accurate . House was clean and well appointed. The house is within walking distance to downtown, museums and trails. We had great time and will stay again.
