The Rustic Retreat! With a game room & a great outdoor vibe!

Page the Host is so nice and makes the process so easy. Very nice house, in a great location and an awesome gameroom.

We Enjoyed our stay. The home was very Welcoming, Spacious & Clean. The game room was fun for our guest, the pool table was a hit. We loved the farmhouse deco throughout the home. The beds were comfy.

“The Rustic Retreat” is an amazing place to place to stay. The owners are very quick to respond when we had an issue with the key pad. The house was clean and the decor is super cute. The house has all the necessary items plus some. Plenty of nice bath towels. The backyard it awesome! Horseshoe setup, fire pit and lounging areas. You will not go wrong staying at “The Rustic Retreat”.

Easy check in, great property, easy to get everywhere in town quickly.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in town for the State 7v7 Football Tournament.

Overall.Good option for college visit. SomeMaintenance is needed and pest control but otherwise very cute.

This property is very nice and has all the amenities you could want. The king-size bed has a dip that makes sleeping in that room a challenge, but the other rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The house was not clean at check-in, but the host, Page, was very quick to remedy the situation by sending an alternate cleaning service and providing a partial refund. I would absolutely recommend staying in this home any time you are in Bryan!

The property overall is amazing. The backyard is huge, the game room is homey, the bedrooms are really nice, and all the couches are super comfy. The showers and fridges all work well and are well supplied. The only issue I had was that many lights either didn't work or were really hard to turn on

10 of us Mama’s had a slumber party & the Rustic Retreat was the perfect house for us! Super cozy, plenty of space, great entertainment! Will def stay here again when we plan another BCS event!!

This is such a precious property! It was very “user-friendly” and had a number of thoughtful touches. The owner is responsive and made everything easy. It’s about 5-10minutes to get anywhere Thanks for a lovely and memorable weekend!

The place was great. Nicely updated & decorated. The game room was spacious too, although we did not use it. There were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The host was responsive with a couple of items needed. Be sure to let the host know if you plan on having guests over. There were some rules regarding that on the fridge that we didn’t expect.

The house was clean and decorated for Christmas, so that was nice! We had family staying there for graduation. Some of our son's friends came by and enjoyed playing pool in the converted garage. The living areas were smaller than they looked in the pictures, but the open concept made it nice for people to gather. The bathroom sinks and tubs don't drain well and the king mattress was not comfortable (it was sunken in the middle pretty significantly).

Had ten kids, spouses, and grandkids. A trip toSanta’s wonderland was their Christmas gift this year. We had a wonderful time. House was excellent. City was excellent. And Santa’s wonderland was too! T.

Home was comfortable and adorably decorated. Easy to communicate with the manager. Would definitely rent this place again.

Awesome stay! House had everything we needed and perfectly located. Plenty of room for everyone. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen and living room were great eating and watching the game. We will definitely be renting this house again when we come back to town. Thanks again!

What a great house with an excellent location that is not very far from everywhere you may want to be in Bryan and College Station. The house is very clean and well kept. The backyard and patio area are amazing. The game room with the pool table and games was an added bonus. Also the host was super responsive to questions and so accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The property is perfect and fit our needs wonderfully. It is nicely well appointed with plenty of space for several girls to get dressed. The game room was an extra bonus!

It's definitely Rustic! It's an old funky house in need of some upgrading! Communication with Host was great & we appreciate her support.

Wife and I really enjoyed staying at this property. Page & Matt were great hosts. You can really tell how much they care about their offering. The livingroom & kitchen are perfectly laid out for entertaining or just hanging out to enjoy the game. King size, memory foam bed was very comfortable too. Easy access to everything (for fine dining we highly recommend The Republic Steakhouse). We would definitely stay here again.
