The Royal Suites.Family Friendly-Close to CLT Airport. Beautiful and peaceful.

Hello, the place was good far as amenities for my kids the played the video machine all night. Unfortunately, they did have bugs and I informed the host of it.

Great property and great host!

Definatly needs updates to correctly match the photos online. The trampoline was broke so the kids couldn't use it. The grill was unable to be used. The grass hasn't been mowed so we weren't able to play outside. The kitchen had old food and seasonings left in cabinets and pantry that were dirty. Overall needs a good deep cleaning and new updated dishes. Game system only worked half of the time. The last night we were there we got home and the water was shut off. Almost 16 hours later at check out and it still wasn't fixed. Owner did give us a 1 night refund but this was a huge inconvenience with 4 kids there with us. House is close to food and stores.

They said it sleeps 8 it does not. It sleeps 6. They said it had a hot tub, fire pit, and trampoline out back for gathering outside. The trampoline had no net however the poles for the were there for one sticking up so it was impossible to jump on. Very narrow driveway on a cur. Grass needed to be cut .had to search for the towels . There were 3 air mattresses all with holes in them .

Our wedding we went for was across the street.

The rental is in a great location and was perfect for what we needed but there were a few cons. We have 7 people in the house & the host knew that, but provided 5 towels, 1 hand towel for 3 bathrooms to share & I think 4. These are very used/old/sad towels also. Another not so great thing was that there were only 2 coffee mugs in the whole house and no small spoons (only large serving spoons).

Their is a rooster nextdoor that wakes you up at 4:30 am every morning. Ice maker was broken, trampoline net was also broken and had different things on top of it. Only a few burners worked on the stove. The sound on the game didn't work so you couldn't turn it down. It was extremely loud. There is only parking for 2cars and u have to back out on a main street. On the flip side the rooms are nice, host responded to messages right away. Not to far from stores.

Very nice house and property. Made great memories during our stay.

I loved the theme and decor of the house. It is very quaint. My only suggestion would be to have additional linen and hand/bath towels. Also, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Those are very minute suggestions. I totally enjoyed it and the perfect setting to host a small dinner party.
