We were very pleased with our stay. Only one small thing was there was no Keurig Machine at the little coffee bar. When I emailed in to ask where is was located I was advised in the kitchen. I stated I had looked all over. Then the next email stated it was at the coffee area. At that point, we just went and bought regular coffee and put our pods away. The backyard was a lil run down. Overall we had a wonderful time and the place was very nice and clean.

The best thing about staying in Fredericksburg is Absolute Charm! I'm so glad we found them! Have been using them about 4 years now. They were on time with communication and getting check in info to us, and the homes they list are always clean. The Rosemary could use some outdoor space clean up, but not a big deal. We did not intend to use the outdoor party room. Beds were good size and comfortable. Plenty of towels, etc. I would give it a solid 9.5.

This house is a great location near the center of Fredericksburg but far enough away from Main Street to be quiet. The beds were soft and pillow super soft. The kitchen was large with everything you could need. The living room was comfortable and had enough room for everyone. Living room was great for family games or perfect to relax watching the big tv. The backyard was awesome with fun games and cozy seating. The neighborhood was quiet. I felt very safe.

We err so happy with the Rosemary! The house was so cute! The property was super clean, close to everything, and provided a totally relaxing stay. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Decorated beautifully, clean, well stocked. First time in Fredericksburg, once we got our bearings the rental was close to downtown, restaurants and anywhere else we wanted to go. Very cute outside space as well.

The communication was very good, as was the check in process. We loved the house! It’s been beautifully renovated and it’s perfect for a weekend getaway. The open concept in the kitchen and living room made for great entertaining. The bedrooms were a nice size and comfortable. We would recommend this rental for anyone going to Fredericksburg.

Nicely remodeled and designed interior with a large TV with lots of apps. well appointed kitchen. Easy drive to downtown.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Super cute, clean, and functional. Also loved its proximity to Main Street. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

When you first walk in you know that it is going to be a great place to stay. The decor was so pretty and the house was spacious. The backyard looked great too. Unfortunately the very cold temperatures did not allow us to use the backyard. This house had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Our visit was a surprise anniversary trip that my friends helped plan and be a part of. We enjoyed every minute in the house, inside and out. We all said we’d definitely stay at The Rosemary again. So close to everything we had planned, and all super cute and perfect amount of space for our 4 person group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rosemary and it's many amenities. We took full advantage of the kitchen where we easily were able to cook a full dinner and a couple of breakfasts. The couch is comfortable and great for cuddling while watching a movie after a day out. We also enjoyed eating dinner out back while playing a couple rounds of darts and cornhole. The place is comfortable, clean, secure, and filled with wonderful small details. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Fredericksburg.

This property is very cute, and was perfect for our girlfriends weekend getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We had a great weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and so nice to have the games outside for our 15 year old grandson. You might however send instructions before a stay as to how to operate the keyless entry. We had never seen one before. I called the number provided and I still have not received a return call, email or text. We needed to leave fairly soon after our arrival and we actually had to leave the back door unlocked while we were gone. It took my husband awhile to figure it out after we returned. My husband also called to report one of the light strands in the back yard fell sometime during the night on Friday night. Otherwise everything went fine.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, spacious, convenient and quiet! Had issues with TV! Property manager tried to help! Next time we will check what kind of cable the house has! It was a wonderful place to stay!!

We loved the house but were very disappointed with the yard. The grass was so long & there were dead tree branches laying around so we could not enjoy the backyard. I texted the number Absolute Charm listed requesting them to mow & asked for a response. Never heard back from them the whole stay! Poor customer service.

The Rosemary was perfect for 2 couples enjoying wine tasting in Fredericksburg. Perfect!

We had a fun stay. Unfortunately the yard had not been recently mowed so the grass was very tall & thick, as well as multiple small limbs in front & back yard in multiple places. In both bedrooms, shades or blinds would be nice. The curtains do not provide enough coverage with the large windows, The first night the bed in the guest room broke, it was 11:30 pm sp we did not call emergency number & friend slept on couch (which was comfy) but fan in living room did not work, I sent a message via app & called next am. Thankfully 2 really nice maintenance guys came to fix bed & replace fan. Overall cute home, but it was frustrating to have the issues we did. Also not in best part of town but is quiet.

Immaculate!!! Perfection is all I can say! Beautifully decorated, clean and great location. I did not want to leave. I cannot say enough good things!

There were three of us, My Son and his son and me. The house was perfect for us and allowed the little one to run around and get his energy out. The accommodations were great, and we were grateful. Thanks again for a wonderful place to meet with family and make wonderful memories.

The house appeared as pictured in the listing. Beds were comfortable and back yard was nice to hang out in. We played darts and a corn hole type game with bean bags. It was a nice private yard that was quiet most of the time. We used the barbeque grill one evening. The house was missing a few things that are usually included in a short term rental: 1. not one box of kleenex/tissue in the house. 2. The drapes in both bedrooms do not keep out the morning sunrise, very bright with these large windows so no sleeping in once the sun comes up. 3.The spices were stale and old so bring your own if you plan to cook anything.

The Rosemary was a wonderful place that was exactly what we were looking for in a house!

Lovely home. Enjoyed staying here - wish it could have been longer. Only issue found was the remote to the ceiling fan in the Living Room didn't work.

Such a perfect stay for a girls weekend away… Excellent location and amenities. Will definitely stay here again.
