Description

New 4br beach home in relaxing Gerroa. Quality styling & multiple living areas. A fantastic modern escape, set up by the owner with everything you could need on holidays.

Parents can relax on the terrace while kids play in the games room with pool table. Families can walk to the beach for a surf and coffee, or travel 5 minutes for golf, bike riding or bushwalking.

The basement level has off street parking for 2 cars. Alongside the entrance is a games room with 3/4 sizepool table and a fully equipped laundry.

Move up to the 1st floor and you will find 4 king bedrooms, 3 with built ins. The master has a dual shower en-suite and there is another full sized bathroom with a large bath. Also on this level is a small rumpus and a desk with monitor. In 2 of the rooms, king beds can be split to configure as 4 long singles - A perfect set up for 2 families of 4 where you could have parents in a king room and kids sharing 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each.

Linen will be provided through a local linen service along with bath towels for your stay - included in the rate.

On the 2nd level you will find the living, dining and kitchen areas along with another powder room toilet. Outdoors there is a large front balcony with views over the forest to 7 Mile Beach and a back deck with outdoor kitchen and built in BBQ.

There is a small rear yard with lawn - all fenced in with a side gate.
