Be at the Beach in 1.6 mile Or in the quaint waterfront Downtown of Manteo in 4 miles! Go by car or boatwherever you choose! BONUS - 4 kayaks onsite!

The space
This home adopted a Sea Turtle Hatchling - Travel with Purpose when you stay with us and assist in global efforts to help save this beautiful endangered species! In the Spirit of Nags Head - As you pull into the driveway there is parking that leads you under the home. There is an outdoor shower located here for your convenience to rinse off outside prior to going in after an enjoyable day at the beach!

Go up one flight of stairs to the main entrance. This leads you into the level with 4 bedrooms each with their own attached bathroom, king bed and tiled shower! Two of the larger suites have a wet bar as well for your added enjoyment! One of the larger suites has a spacious desk with printer to keep you productive while away! Three of the four bedrooms have slider doors that lead out to the deck facing Pond Island!

Go up one internal flight of stairs to the top-level open concept Living room and eat-in well stocked kitchen. Large couch and two swivel chairs to accommodate eight in the living room with large flat screen TV above the gas fireplace. Open shelving kitchen with stainless appliances with a bonus second fridge to house your drinks or catered items! Coffee bar and Half bath also located on this level! Panoramic water views from every angle and therefore no window treatments needed at top level! Slider door from the living room takes you to another level of decking along with a spiral staircase to take you to the very top deck for more unobstructed views - the Town of Manteo, Jockeys Ridge, Jeanette’s Pier, the Bodie Lighthouse, watch the fishermen drive back to their slip in the distance as they head towards the Marc Basnight bridge, the views are endless! Inside of house is just under 2000 square feet; however, enjoy 3000 square feet of rooftop and deck!

*Custom made dining table located in the open kitchen area similar to an island dining space!

Guest access
All areas are for guest use with the exception of the locked owners closet and locked boat box.

4 kayaks with life vests and paddles to be used at your risk and for your enjoyment!

There is a platform at the dock to easily launch your kayaks and SUP (stand up paddle boards!)

Other things to note
*There is a boat slip available at an additional charge in the backyard with electric & water hook-up. There is also additional parking area at the dock for a jet ski or two. Please inquire with your host at booking should you be interested in bringing your boat/jet skis!

*For fishing enthusiasts there is a GREEN Light at the dock!

*Schedule a captained pleasure or fishing boat ride that leaves from the neighboring property during your stay!

*Experience double the freedom and fun with our innovative 2-person GoBoat with 5 speed motor! Explore the water together in comfort with an extra-wide bubble seat and elongated deck for enhanced stability. Perfect for a variety of activities like fishing, cruising, and family fun! Two GoBoat's available for rental during your stay for endless aquatic adventures with optional attachments for added room (X-dock with cooler and mini dock)!
