Welcome to the newly constructed, mountain contemporary Ridgeline townhome!

This spacious brand new construction home, spread over 3000 square foot, was furnished by local interior design firm Hudson + Bloum and features 5 Bedrooms / 5 Bathrooms with plenty of room for family and friends.

Start your day with breakfast in the gourmet kitchen with all new Thermador appliances. Take the short walk (3-4 mins to Sunrise Lift, or a couple mins more to the Red Pine Gondola)and enjoy a day on the slopes and trails of Park City Mountain.

When the day is done, ski back right to your home via the ski-in trail (snow conditions permitting) and relax in the hot tub while you watch the sunset over the mountains. Settle in for a movie night in front of the fireplace, or get ready and head out for a night at any of the Canyons Village restaurants, or Main Street in downtown Park City (a 10 minute Uber). After a restful night of sleep, wake up and do it all over again!

Please note - there is still construction going on in the area as other parts of the Ridge development are not fully completed yet. There may be construction noise, workers, vehicles, etc. in the area.

Covid Cancellation
In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

    We loved the house and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful! We were able to check in early and the process was seamless. The house was incredible clean and the location was even better than advertised! A quick walk across the parking lot takes you to the village and my kids even found a way to ski right to the back door! We had a great week!!

    This is a fantastic place to stay. We did a guys trip and it fit 7 people comfortably. Walkable to Canyons town and and extremely convenient location. House is brand new and really nice! Great kitchen for cooking and entertaining. I would highly recommend this place.

    This newly constructed house was amazing. The walk to the canyons village was simple for us and our two little ones. Host was great. Would definitely stay here again.
