The Retreat at Lake Texoma

Great place for a large family gathering, we spent the majority of our time in the game room with the pool table and ping pong table.

The house is great for entertaining big families!! I look forward to coming back soon!!

The game room was amazing and perfect for all ages!!! The kids really enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. We all (13!) watched movies on the huge sectional down there too! The game room made it so we did not worry about the weather! The kids were entertained. When the adults wanted to talk we came to the main sitting area and TV. It is hard to find 3 king rooms so that one couple doesn’t have to sleep in a room full of kids! Also, the house has a huge flat field in front of it so that kids could play soccer and football when the weather was nice! Love the huge table that Sat 10 and a second area that Sat 8 (we brought 2 folding chairs) as well. Perfect for our family Thanksgiving!

House was awesome. It was large enough to accomadate our large veteran group. Would highly recommend!

Very nice stay The lake is awsome cought lots of catfishThe wifi once everyone is on it the tvs get real real slow and choppy but alot of activities to do other than watch tv. The pool table and ping pong were great!!

This house is very roomy and has a lot of privacy. I will recommend this house to anyone that wants a big house to stay in.

Gosh, what an INCREDIBLE property! Spacious, clean, able to actually hold 19 women comfortably, well air conditioned, etc. We actually became cold because the AC worked so well and everyone had a bed, though some enjoyed the big couch for fun because it was so cozy. We watched movies, we all sat around the table for dinner (used other chairs and had 17 people at that time!) Jeff was very communicative though we didn’t need him (YAY). Cleanup was reasonable and we all want to go back again!! Pick this one, it’s worth every penny and we all felt incredibly rested after our stay!

We had 2 days of Striper fishing booked on Lake Texoma. My High School Buddies and some of our sons found this property absolutely perfect. Enough space to spread out, visit, eat, and retell stories. Would most definitely recommend and stay here again.

We have stayed at the house multiple times and always enjoy it. There is enough space for a large group of all ages.

We booked this house for our first family reunion. We needed it to accomadate 20 people because we weren't sure if everyone Was coming. It was perfect! The house was big enough for everyone and there was plenty of room to spread out. The young adults and kids enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was well equipped. All in all it was a great time. Thanks for letting us stay!

This property was perfect for a large family gathering. My children, grandchildren and great granddaughter a had a great time and planing to do it again next year.

Overall, it was a great experience! All had fun and loved the place. Inside and out. We had a family reunion there and this was the meeting place for everyone. (Several families stayed at resorts and cabins in the area). Plenty of room for visiting, playing games, eating, and sleeping. The king size beds were comfortable. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the parking. It is probably big enough for 10-12 cars but for several cars it’s not big enough. We had to park cars at a convenience store about a mile down the road and taxi people to and from the VRBO. Or when someone needed to leave we had to move cars in and out of driveway which was a bit frustrating but not a deal breaker.The hot water in the kitchen was a hit or miss. Sometimes it was hot sometimes not. But that’s all the negative. I would definitely recommend “the Lake Mansion” That is what the children called it.

This is my second time staying at this property. The pictures are exactly what it looks like inside. The owners are extremely helpful. We had a small issue on check-in and got it fixed immediately. Highly recommend.

I planned for my executive Team to stay at this property and they had a phenomenal time. There were no issues and the highlight for them was the game room! They had the absolute best time refueling. We appreciate it!

Great house and plenty of space for a large group

This house was perfect. It was big enough for all 24 of us. I have 5 children and 13 grandkids. It was a great layout with the split game room and living room. Kids playing in the game room and the rest of us having adult conversations in the living room. Had a couple of issues come up and was handled immediately. (only reason I gave the location a 4 was because it wasn't lakeside.LOL) I really had no complaints.
