The Space:

Upon entering the home you will feel a sense of warmth and comfort. The furnishings are of the finest quality and you will spend many hours just enjoying the company of family and friends around the gas fireplace. The main level of the home is anchored by the custom spiral staircase which runs through the middle of the entire home and is a work of art in itself! The open feel of the floor plan lends itself to entertaining and the gourmet kitchen with Wolf range and Sub-Zero refrigerator can handle the biggest of family meals or the occasional midnight snack! Be sure to take a look at the kitchen island with the one of a kind liquid metal top. Off the kitchen is a heated garage for your vehicle or all the many toys a person needs in Crested Butte!



Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and king beds. In both rooms the skylights are positioned so that you can lay in bed and look at a perfectly framed Mt. Crested Butte! Between bedrooms are 2 full bathrooms, one of them, with a fantastic steam shower! On the lower level of the home, you will find a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath with a soaking tub and shower. The laundry room with brand new washer and dryer is off the hallway and at the end of the hall is the media room with the most sumptuous couch you have ever sunken into. The HD Sony TV and full media console with surround sound is the perfect place to unwind and watch a movie after enjoying all the outdoor sports that Crested Butte has to offer. There is also a full bath with steam shower off the media room, ensuring there is never a fight for the bathroom in this home.



During the summer months, the large outdoor patio becomes a living space all its own. The outdoor gardens are breathtaking and framed by hand cut slab flagstone.



This property can be joined with Margeaux`s Cottage for larger parties!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and attached garage. The owner has some locked storage cabinets for personal items, which guests will not have access to.

Whatever your sport, whatever your season, Crested Butte has something for everyone! Skiing, hiking, biking, great food, music...the list goes on and on.



Getting Around:

Guests can park in the 1 car garage, driveway, and behind the curb on nearby streets (must obey winter parking regulations). The local free shuttle between town and Mt. Crested Butte is just 3 blocks away.

Guests check-in directly at the home, but are free to stop by our office anytime they like. We are happy to answer questions and act as a local area concierge for guests. We have people on staff 7 days a week for any issues in the home and staff on call 24 hours a day for emergency needs.
