The Space:
You are booking the lodge and the property without the barn only for 12 - 16 guests. Above 16 guests includes the barn (ask about more guests and we will send a special offer or more services fee request for the additional people.

Other Things to Note:
If you are planning a one night stay I’ll have to send a special offer to include a $750 deposit. Also, we will have to agree to allow access and other protections for the property.
