The space

The apartment is simple, warm, and easy to settle into. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, witha double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to cook, and the living area is a nice space to relax with a Smart TV and Netflix. There’s also a dining table that works well if you need to get some work done. We provide fast WiFi, fresh linen, towels, plus tea and coffee to get you started.

Why stay here

One of the best things about staying here is the location. You’re close enough to walk to most places, including the seafront, shops, and restaurants. It’s also easy to get around from here, which makes it a good base whether you’re visiting for leisure or work.

Our local recommendations

If it’s your first time here, we’d suggest starting with a walk along Southsea seafront, it’s very nice in the evening. For shopping and food, we usually recommend heading to Gunwharf Quays, where there are plenty of options. Spinnaker Tower is worth visiting if you want great views across Portsmouth, and if you enjoy live shows, King’s Theatre is a lovely local spot. You’ll also find plenty of cafés and takeaways just around the corner, so getting something to eat is always easy.

Getting around

Fratton train station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and there’s easy access to main roads if you’re driving. Getting around Portsmouth from here is straightforward.

Guest access

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, along with a private entrance. Check-in is flexible, and there is permit parking available nearby.

Good to know

We require a refundable £150 damage deposit before check-in. You’ll also be asked to sign a simple guest agreement before arrival. As this is a quiet residential area, we ask that noise is kept low after 10 PM. Parties and events aren’t allowed.
