Fabulous home, well situated, extremely clean and well equipped. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

This was my far the best experience of a short term rental we have had from start to finish. Excellent communication with the property manager and well stocked unit with all the amenities you expect PLUS a welcome bottle of wine! Lovely.

Great house! Very clean property. Enough room for our family of 8. Suburban neighborhood with wide sidewalks. Short drive to everything. Very firm beds. Only issue was lack of toilet paper and no response at all when we called property manager. Not a huge deal in the day of doordash but makes you wonder what would happen if you had a bigger problem. Overall recommend though.

We had a lovely stay at the Quail’s nest for a short spring break weekend. Our son loved the Pacman machine! We enjoyed being so close to the river trails. The home had everything we needed and was very clean.

We had a lovely stay in Bend! The home had everything we needed and more. The kids were delighted with the toys, books and PacMan! The adults really appreciated the comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and all the attention to detail. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and nice to walk around. This will be our go-to rental for our family visits to Bend!

We had a 4 day visit enjoying our two little grandsons at the Quail's Nest. The location provided great opportunities for the youngsters to scooter to the park. The 5 year old and I explored the fantastic network of trails to the Deschutes River while the others napped. The pictures don't do it justice! Everything was so comfortable nobody wanted to leave.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and thoughtfully supplied. The pots and pans were in excellent condition ( much appreciated). The barbecue was clean and usable ( much appreciated by my husband) Lots of fun things for the children to play with. It was a relaxing get away. We may rent it again.

Everything in the house was done thoughtfully and was very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and great location.

Perfect place to base your stay in Bend. House is cute and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Had everything we needed! Communication was really good and they answered my questions right away. Thanks for being dog friendly too!! Would stay here again!

Very comfortable and great location

The house was very cozy, clean, and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was very nice, the bikes worked great. I would recommend the home to family, check in was easy and as expected!

Nice property. Good as a home base for floating down the river and enjoying Bend, but nice enough to hang out on the deck or in the living room. Great neighborhood with 4th of July activities and easy access to canal trails.

4 adults 4 kids 12-15 stayed for a long weekend. Great location. House was clean and as described. Kids enjoyed PacMan, adults the patio. Highly recommended and would stay again.

We loved staying here for our Bend trip! Four adults, two dogs, one baby. Plenty of space for all of us. We loved the back deck/furniture, made for a great spot to relax once the heat of the day died down. Neighborhood is quiet and super walkable. Everywhere we wanted to go was practically 10 minutes away. Host was very quick to respond to our needs and was super kind.
