Just visiting family had a good time and enjoyed having them come over for the pool on the weekend… property was nice… not what I was expecting but that’s ok.

The purple house was in a great l location; clean with comfy beds and good WiFi. Nearby Eagle lake park was a great place for a walk!

The property was clean and easy to locate, and the decor and home was stylish and thoughtfully stocked with things like a few extra toiletries and beach towels. The pool was generously sized and clean, and provided hours and hours of entertainment for our whole family of six! The couch was also very comfortable, and we were able to sleep six with ease. Overall, a great experience and we would happily book again if we find ourselves in the area!

We loved our stay here! This house isn't large, or fancy, or new but it is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet; there is a grocery store in less than 2 miles on back roads; there are 2 beautiful parks a short walk away, and the pool was just so lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

This VRBO was great for an extended weekend in the area. It was a great central location that made it easy to go to St. Pete, Clearwater, or Tampa. Checking in and out was easy and there was an open communication from the host if anything was needed but our stay was perfect! The pool was the cherry on top of the house as it was nice to have with the hot weather. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to this part of FL.

We had two moms and 2 kids and this place was heaven for the week! We loved everything!

My wife and I stayed here for 7 weeks this past winter. The hosts were amazing. They were there for anything we needed. The location was probably the biggest plus for us staying at this location. We were within very short driving distance to everything around us. Even a drive to Sarasota wasn't that far. I knew this vrbo was cheaper than others we had looked at, but we were able to spend more money on other things instead of a lot on lodging. There were some things that weren't top notch, but then the cost was only an average of $150/day. The laundry situation was so so. It was outdoors in a storage shelter. Older people wouldn't want to navigate that. Traffic in the early mornings, on weekdays, was noisy since this house is situated on a busy intersection. We did not use the pool. It was too cold while we were there. There is no dishwasher. But, the house has been renovated. It's cozy. We had some room to entertain as long as we could use the back deck. It was a good place for a low cost. It's a small house, so spending most of the time there would get old. Fortunately, we had decent weather and we did a lot of outdoor activities in the sports complex nearby and we did a lot of day trips. The best part of our stay were the hosts. We love this area of Florida.
