Stayed Sep 30, 2025The house was very clean and well-stocked with toys for the kids and horseshoes for the adults. It’s in a great location and had such a welcoming, homey feel. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication with the owners was excellent. We would definitely book again. Such a beautiful town!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Our family attended a wedding in Silverton. The Powder House was a perfect place to stay. It's a very charming house. We had plenty of room for the family and kids. The large fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. The location is great. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. We watched the Durango Silverton train arrive down the street. The views from the house are amazing!

Stayed Dec 25, 2024House was as listed. Plenty of room for our family. Loved the history of the house and town. We visit Silverton 2-3 times a year and would not hesitate to stay here again. The living room was very comfortable with plenty of seating. It was great to sit and watch the beautiful snow!
