The Porch at the Bay House!

The host was very welcoming and easy to work with. The place very clean and large enough for our party of 7 guests. I will definitely recommend this place to others

Great place to stay. Host was very nice. We plan on renting again.

The house was very spacious. The kitchen could use some cooking pots and pans. The cookie sheets were dirty in the cabinets. There were 2 live roaches , one in the kitchen and one in the master shower upon arrival. The coffee carafe was broken on the bottom. Again very spacious with very adequate seating in den and dining.

So roomy and comfortable. Loved our stay. Furnishings very nice and love the upstairs porch!

Group of 8 men in town for a casino trip. The Porch is great. I’ve stayed here before and will stay again. Clean, spacious, and quiet with a nice yard. Owner was in contact with me regularly and answered questions quickly. Can’t recommend enough.

My family (5 adults) rented the home for several days for CtC. The home was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough for us to get everywhere we needed to go on a golf cart. The side porch was a favorite place for all of us to gather. Parking underneath the house was great for us to have 3 large vehicles and a golf cart. The water pressure was great, toilets all works, the shower and all drains were not clogged. There were closets and a chest of drawers in each bedroom for clothing storage, and ample space to store suitcases while staying. The house did not have an odor and neither did the drains. The house did not vibrate when other members were walking in the house. This was a very pleasant stay and we will be renting again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

The property is a great place to stay. It meets all of our needs. We do our college fantasy football draft annually and we have been to this property the last two years. We plan on going back again next year.

Beautiful, spacious house with fantastic amenities, close to the bay/beach and shops/grocery. The host, Jaclyn, was beyond nice, very accommodating and responsive. This place is a must-stay. Great for families.
