Besides the expansive swimming pool and outdoor patio, the house includes a game room/sunroom with a ping pong table. In addition, this house includes, a full laundrey room with washer, dryer, and portable steamer, and a king sized bed and full private bath in the master bedroom.

Nestled in the Market district, this quiet neighborhood offers a serene backdrop for your stay. And the best part You are less than 5-minutes from everything, including restaurants, shopping, and convenient grocery stores.

From our driveway it is: 0.5 miles to Walmart Neighborhood Market, 2.8 miles to Publix, 2.8 mile to Bull & Barrel Steakhouse,

Best of all, for all Ga Southern events it is less than 2 miles to any activity on campus 1.6 miles to Paulson Stadium, 1.2 miles to Hanner Fieldhouse, and 1.6 miles to Clements Stadium!

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located in town so it will be accessible by Uber and Lyft.
