The Ponderosa House- Garage, Quiet neighborhood

Very comfortable. Perfect for our needs.

I was very impressed of all the deatils I saw and what the host thought of for people that stay there. 10/10 Would recommend.

Check in was smooth and they even accommodated an early check in so we could get to the North Pole Experience. The house was clean and cozy, the beds and linens are SO comfortable. We did hear the people in the connected guest house, the noise from the footsteps travels through the whole house. Wouldn't have been an issue if they weren't stomping around at midnight, but simple fix with a whitenoise app. We'd stay here again.

Hands down this was one of the nicest places we’ve ever rented through VRBO. Great neighborhood, beautiful home and more than well-appointed. The extra touches like gourmet coffee, fully stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, etc. made our stay perfect. Only downside was that there is only one bathroom but still worth it. Close to everything- easy in and out of town.

Beautiful home. Very clean, neat, organized, very meticulous. Jenna was amazing and was always available when needed. The location was really great with restaurants nearby. Some great hiking trails nearby.

This house is quiet, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owner has stocked it with just about everything you would need plus a few really nice touches. Empty cabinets and also a big walk-in closet provide an efficient place for you to store your things, as well. The king size bed was very comfortable and there is a wood deck out the back door for enjoying the back yard. There is a full size laundry room at your disposal and you can park your car in the garage. Also, the appliances are new. This was our second visit to this property and we loved it. We would recommend this property. The host, Jenna, was terrific and responded quickly when we had a question. A lot of thought and care has gone into this rental!Thank you, Jenna. We will be back.

We visit Flagstaff several times a year and this is now our favorite place to stay! It is comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. Though it is nicely appointed with the things you might need, this home isn't full of someone else's things, so there is ample storage space to put your things while staying there: kitchen cabinets and drawers, a walk-in closet in the main bedroom, a large cabinet in the one large bathroom, and a garage to park your vehicle. It has a full laundry room with washer/dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron. The living room is comfortable and welcoming. The host has thought of everything, and the listing is accurate and forthcoming with honest information. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood a short distance from downtown and has a nice deck in the back yard from which to enjoy the cool air and the quiet. We love this house and it is well worth the price.

An absolute 10 for my wife and myself. Jenna our host was on hand to help m us with any situation that we encountered. The house fit our needs perfectly and we plan to return as often as possible. Loved our time here. The accommodations were spotless and very well stocked.

This property is a real gem. It's so updated and the little amenities in the kitchen and bathroom are such nice touches. Everything you need. The King size bed was super comfy. I appreciated a nightstand on both sides of the bed and also the easy way to plug in your devices. We loved it. And Jenna was very responsive to communications.

House was very clean and exactly as described. The host was very communicative and gave excellent instructions online and at the house.

I stayed in Flag to snowboard at Snowbowl and it was such an amazing experience! This place is super new, minimalistic and cozy, exactly what I was hoping for after a long day on the slopes. The modern fire pit was a great touch, making it perfect for unwinding in the evenings. One of the best parts was how fast and easy communication was with the manager. That made the whole stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay while hitting the slopes or for any other stays!

Great communication- so happy To have a garage w our vehicle and 2 bikes. Well appointed and comfortable. So nice to grind our coffee beans and make use of their lovely coffee maker. Bed was super comfortable- very close to downtown. Would stay again!

The property was easy to locate. Very new, clean & quiet in an established neighborhood close to downtown Flagstaff. The bed & back patio were wonderful. We loved our stay & will recommend it to any of our friends looking for a place to stay in Flagstaff. 5 STAR PLUS rating from us.

My daughter & I had an overnight stay at The Ponderosa House. The location is within minutes of NAU & in a safe & beautiful neighborhood - which has a trail. The home is filled with all necessary goodies & more. Easy check in & out. Highly recommend.

A great house to find, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible thru the front door. You come in to a very spacious remodeled kitchen, and bathroom. New appliances as well as washer dryer in the laundry room. Very well stocked up kitchen, with a special sweets treat basket. Bedding comfortable and clean. Extra pillows are a special touch! House has A/C, not needed with the nice cool evenings in Flagstaff. All rooms have ceiling fans. Host very easy to communicate with, giving us early check-in if we wanted it. Wish all vacation rentals were as great as this one!
