Stayed Jun 30, 2024Stayed for summer family trip. Great place for big group. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of games & not ce quiet area. Lots of water stuff to do, go carts, mini golf & great restaurants.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023Had a great time at the ponderosa. We came down for the weekend to ride at turkey bay ohv. House was comfortable and quiet. We used the kayaks and checked out the lake. Ches was an excellent host would recommend.

Stayed Jun 2, 2023Quiet setting in the backwoods of Kentucky. Nice deck w a view and comfy outdoor furniture. Beds were comfy. Owner very responsive to text communication. Our issues were cleanliness of kitchen, lack of cookware to cook breakfast. Windows were dirty. Could be a great property if it had a good old fashioned deep cleaning.
