Stayed Dec 25, 2025The home was clean , the pool was clean and well maintained. The set up of the home is very family friendly. The washer/dryer were fantastic! We were a family of 10 that cooked most meals. We struggled at time to have enough cooking / serving utensils / dishes. The fishing was not what we expected. It was very different from our last experience in Cape Coral. This is a fresh water canal. There were also limited working fishing poles. Overall , our family had a great time and really enjoyed the extra games and space to gather!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean! Description of place was spot-on. Had minor issue with screen door, which host & maintenance handled very promptly. Pool toys & beach toys/chairs were very appreciated. Would definitely rent this place again!

Stayed Jan 15, 2025The property was lovely. Very clean and easily accessible. This home had everything we needed for our stay, including items we may have forgotten such as goggles, fishing poles, bikes, helmets. The only slight downfall I will warn others of is if you are trying to check in early, buy the extra night or coordinate prior to travel. Access code does not work until exact check in time. However even with that said, there was so much to do in the area such as Gator Mikes arcade/go carts, groceries, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Our family stayed here for a PG Baseball Tournament. The home was as stated; clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Our group enjoyed the pool and the gorgeous sunsets along with the game room. For our needs, the house location was perfect; near both ballparks and the airport. The host was helpful whenever needed and quick to respond. We would stay here again!
