The Perfect Home to Hang Your Hat While Visiting Nashville

Nice central location. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. We chose to Uber places, very affordable. Nice fenced in yard area for congregating and for doggo. Clean, plenty of comfy beds to choose from. Would stay again.

Super responsive and accommodating host!

Great location, but not very clean. We knew we were taking a risk on the cleanliness factor from prior reviews but decided to book. The location was great as we were not far from things! As far as the cleanliness, my 1 year old would walk sometimes crawl around and his hands/feet would get filthy from the floors. The table was sticky when we first arrived. Also, one other note, on two of the dining room table chairs there were nails/screws sticking out.

The home was very nice, perfect layout for me, my husband, and my parents. It was early October so it was still perfect weather to be outside. The exterior furniture was a bit dirty, broken, and not very inviting to sit in. We made due and cleaned it up enough for us to sit in. One of the plastic Adirondack chairs was cracked and sent me to the ground when I sat down. The fire pit was really nice to have and created a great atmosphere. Overall a great stay, but be prepared to do some cleaning outside before using the furniture.

Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, everything you need for your stay. Nice back yard, totally fenced for our dogs. The home is lovely and located in a well established residential neighborhood - you see people pushing baby carriages, playing with their kids, walking their dogs down the street. Very safe and quiet. But only a 9 Uber ride from downtown. Would be happy to stay here again! Thanks Tim for sharing your place.

We hung our hats and kicked up our feet in this comfy cozy little home (with room to spare). Would 100% love to come stay again! Walkable neighborhood YES! Lyft/Uber to Broadway 15 beats the heck outta parking! Thank you for the additional AC units upstairs - great idea!Look no further BOOK IT Before it's GONE! Thanks Tim!

We really enjoyed our stay, however I believe the cleaning crew skipped some areas. The patio furniture hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, we had to wipe everything done before we could use it.

As stated in previous reviews, the house could use a deep clean. We didn’t have enough seating at the table for our party but we made it work. We loved the new grill. Tim was very responsive when texted about issues. Overall, it was a good stay for the cost, close enough to downtown but not in the thick of it. Cute “walking” neighborhood

It was generally good.

Plenty of room and home was nice and cozy. Tv in all bedrooms and living room . So we felt right at home . Nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was just perfect for the four of us. It was close to most everything we wanted to see and do in Nashville. It was clean and well stocked for our needs. We would suggest perhaps new towels as they seemed rather old and scratchy. Being short and old I would also suggest a step stool for the downstairs bedroom. It’s tall but extremely comfortable—-in fact all the beds were great! Tim was fabulous when we needed to communicate with him. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

The home was in a great location with easy access to sights, activities, and good restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood for pleasant evenings/nights. Home was very clean and had a nice layout. Communication with the owner was easy and always got an immediate response. If we come visit again, this would be my go to rental.

This Nashville home was fantastic! Helpful and available host, clean and spacious home, beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of several parks and eateries. I don't have one bad thing to say about it.

Came to Nashville with my best friends and my husband to experience Nashville. The house was perfect! Our host was quick to respond to my messages and was very polite and friendly! Loved our entire experience! There was NOTHING we needed all weekend!

LOVED the neighborhood and vicinity to downtown Nashville. The home was welcoming and roomy enough for 5 adults, 1 child and a dog. We had a wonderful stay.

Loved this house. We had our dog so having both the front and back yard fenced was wonderful. Loved the front porch swing. Bed very comfortable, house very clean and well stocked. Location is perfect and the neighborhood was nice for walking.

Sheets in downstairs bedroom were sour. Made me question everything. Definitely could have been cleaner.
